I have been reading on the forums that she is a Christian women and that she is going though a difficult phase in her life right now. So I think it would be nice to reaffirm her faith and send her the money to prchase a new Bible of her choice so that she can read it to gain strength for the challenges she faces in her life. I chose to list this in the naughty category because it isn't a NEED, but definately is NEEDED. Rich and Corrine lost thier daughter Maria on July 23rd this year. Maria was only 42 years old and as a parent you never think that you are going to have to bury your children. Maria had a drug problem in the past but had been clean for almost 3 years. She was in the process of getting a divorce from her ex-husband who orignally got her hooked on drugs in the first place when in a moment of weakness she allowed her husband to come and see her son while she was at work. She walked in from work and saw her soon to be ex and her son who is 25 shooting up herion and at that moment made the choice that would take her life way too soon. She died of a drug overdose. The next day we found Maria's son (25 years old) laying on the kitchen floor where he had overdosed. Luckily we got to him in time and were able to save his life.
The hardest call we have ever had to make was to Corinne and Rich to tell them that thier firstborn daughter was dead. They drove all night from Massachusttes to take care of Maria's final arrangements and to clean up the mess she had left behind after making her fatal choice. These are loving parents and now they are at each others throats because Corrine cannot bear to throw her daughers things away, and Rich is haunted at being in the apartment where his daughter choked to death on her vomit while in a drug induced state. These people have not had a moment to sit down and begin to grieve for thier child.
These are the type of people who will give you the shirt off thier back, knowing it is their last one and that they cant afford another. They deserve some downtime and peace in their life. Please help me help them to relax if even for just one night.

This wish is for my mother, not myself.
She is an elderly woman on a very fixed income living in an efficiency apartment.
She lives with her one constant friend and companion, Spook.
Spook is a 17 year old all black male cat (85 in human years).
My mother's one and only wish in her declining years of life is this:
That she be able to cremate her friend.
When her time to go home comes probably not that far away, it is her one, only, last and final wish to be cremated and both her and her friend's ashes to be released together. So that they may go through all eternity together both in body and spirit. For that to happen, she needs to have her cat's ashes.
My mother asked me to post this wish for her. Being that this is her ONLY wish, I will be posting it each and every week. Thank you for looking. God bless.

This wish is for Charleygirl. She just found out that her little girl has to have surgery to fix a fluid build up problem that is pulling her brain down into the hole in her skull where her brain stem and spinal cord meet. This is a hard and very scary time for her. I would like us to send her some money so that she can stay at Charley's side while she is in the hospital. It is a scheduled surgery but it still cost money for her to rent a motel room and eat so she does not have to leave the hospital. I know I have been there and it adds up fast. So please lend your support and votes to this cause. If nothing else please leave her a message of support and encouragement.
