I love to sew. I learned at a young age how to make my own clothes and blankets . I want a sewing machine more than anything I have ever wanted for myself. Its my dream to take my kids baby clothes and turn them into quilts for each of them. It does not have to be anything fancy just a simple machine. I would love to be able to make clothes for the kids and dresses for my daughter. and doll clothes for her dollies.

I chose this video of Dolly Partons Coat of many colors because I want to be able to sew quilts of many colors for my kids. I can only hope they feel the same pride that Dolly did when she got her coat of many colors.

It would be so wonderful to able to have some decent clothes to wear and comfy ones at that. I mean its not that often you can find that amazing perfect fit in the department store. And plus sized clothes when you an odd shape are even harder to find. I take pride in my sewing Its such an amazing outlet for me.

This is my naughty wish for the week as a sewing machine is not really a need but a major want for me.

A strange wish I know... This past year I found mysellf in a situation that I didn't think would happen again and it has to do with love. I didn't fall in love but grew to love a man I met earlier in the year. We have grown to be friends but even that path has been rocky at times. It was only recentlt that I realized how I feel for him. I have made it my resolution for this New Year to tell him how I feel BUT I know that though he cares about me, it will likely make him walk away from even the friendship. I have to be honest with him though and let him know. For unsaid reasons I also know this will be my last chance at having a loving, romantic relationship with a man. While out looking for a few things for someone in a paper store the other day. I naturally wandered over to the section of the store that had Thomas the Train things. Knowing how Kedan loved Thomas (and his Mom) and how Toot loves Kedan, I saw something I would really love to get her. At that store they have a wonderful Thomas the Train scrapbook and all kinds of stuff to go with it. The scrapbook is $35 and the extras would probably run a little more than $10 but if this wish wins, I will gladly cover the cost of the extras and the shipping to Toot.

to learn how to love and support

I have known him for almost a year now and don't actually need to learn how to love him
because I already do. I just want to learn more about what makes him so unique and to learn how to best interact with him in ways that help us both to be comfortable.

I also would like a book or two for him. He has wondered for years why he is so "different" from others and I want him to be able to have something to read to help him learn that his being different is what makes him unique and wonderful, that it is not something he should feel bad about or ashamed of. *UPDATE* I had previously had this wish up 12 times. This would be try #13. I am retrying so that I may go back to school. My new employer has tuition reimbursement PLUS I qualify for a grant on books through the school. I really would like to register for the fall semester.

I am in the process of re-enrolling to finish my 2 yr degree. I had to stop school when I had my son and had to take care of husband when he was in radiation treatment. I can NOT let my degree slip away. The college now has an online option for those that started school but never finished. It is called the BPCC CALL FAST TRACK. I can finish in less than a year. I have the computer, I have no printer. I need a printer with copier and scanner...a fax would be helpful but not a big deal.

The amount of 55.00 is enough to get a really good printer. In the even that the whole 55.00 is not used, the money would be put towards supplies such as paper, pens...ect. I put this in the needy catagory because I need to finish school Finishing is so important. Since I am a tier 2 tech support agent for AT&T, I am going to get my 2yr degree in Computer Information Systems. I also found out with a 2 yr degree I will get a 1.00 per hour raise! My 15 year old daughter works hard 20 hours a week at a stable in exchange for free lessons. In the summer she's in horse shows but she doesn't have anything of her own except boots. She rides English and for shows she has to have guideline show outfit to enter and she has to borrow shirt, breeches, jacket, pin, hat etc from all different people...one show last fall the girl who was susposed to lend her a jacket didn't show up.

This activity keeps her off the streets (we live in a bad area) and she works so hard mucking stalls and doing barnwork just to get to ride and this summer it would be awesome if she had her own show apparal for the shows.
