Ok I am going to try this again for the third and final try.Once again I have posted it under naughty because last time several people told me it
was not something I needed that I only wanted it. This is the final try because if I do not get it (a saddle) within two weeks I am without a job because I will have to return the borrowed one.. Anyway while working here at the ranch my horse fell with me breaking the tree in my saddle and tearing the leather up, causing it to be unusable. Right now I am using a friends saddle, but I can not keep it much longer as he will be needing it when people start gathering their cattle to work them. To keep my job I have to have one as soon as possible seeing how I use a saddle at least 4 days a week. If I do not get it replaced soon I will not have a job, which means I will not be able to provide for my wife and three kids. I only make$1250.00 a month and by the time I pay bills and buy all the diapers and things for the kids it just does not leave much for anything else. I am not asking for alot, most saddle cost around $2500.00, but I have found a company that is willing to sell me one at a very reasonable rate. They are willing to let me have it for $625.00 plus the shipping cost. I do not care if the saddle is a new one of just a used one that will get me by. Alot of people do not understand why the ranch is not responsible for replacing the saddle, but on any ranch the ranch hand is responsible for furnishing all of his equipment, and the ranch will furnish the horses but the ranch I am on will not even furnish the horses I have to furnish my own.. I normally would not ask for help, as I do not like having to depend on others but this is one time that I do not have a choice.The picture is of the saddle the company is willing to let me have at great price I really need this so I can provide for my family. I have decided that maybe my wish is too selfish to be a nice wish so I am changing it to naughty. I want the chance to start over to move to where I can get a job there are none where I am now. We live in a small community maybe 30 people live here. I have had a bad couple of years and have gotten us stuck in the middle of no where. Ok I know you are probably getting tired of seeing my wish, but I am not giving up. I truly am desperate and I need this wish, so that I have a chance to get my life back on track. I am a grandmother raising my grands who has been through a lot in the last two years. We ended up having to come and stay with my Uncle in North Mississippi because we had no where else to go. The Delta is poverty ridden there are no jobs. The little community I live in has maybe 40 people living here, we have no stores here, but we do have a local drug dealer, I guess that's the one thing you can always count on. I need to get my grandchildren out of here to a place where I can get a job. I have been searching since Jan 20th and I have found nothing. It doesn't help that the closest town where I could find a job is 45 minutes away. My Uncle is a sweetheart and I am very grateful to him for opening his home to us, but there is just no way to make a living here no opportunities to go to school so that I can get a decent job, Anyway I am wishing for the money to relocate us closer to home and get close to the nursing home in Franklinton La they have a CNA course they offer to employee's so if I can just get us moved I will be able to support us. Once I get my CNA I will be able to get an even better job.

My sister just got an unexpected surprise today.. a baby girl. She went to the emergency room with sharp pains and vomiting only to find out she was pregnant and gave birth 1 minute later. My sister is extremely ill with preeclampsia and the baby had to be rushed 90 miles away to a NICU, where she is all alone. My sister is unemployed because her job fired her and she has no insurance to pay the mounting medical bills. Also, since she didnt expect the baby she has no clothes, car seat, bed or anything. It sounds like a horror story but its true. Please pray for them, for my sister to recover and the baby not to have any severe medical complications that are so common in preemies.. Thank you..

*** UPDATE: We are pleased to announce that my little niece has been name!! CHOLE NICHELLE unforunately we also found out Chole has a condition called TOF a pretty severe heart deformity, which will require surgery within her first year, this condition is what commonly causes "blue baby syndrome" if you are familiar with it. I dont know a whole lot more than that but PLEASE keep her in your prayers.


***UPDATE: Ive changed the amount, Im finding out from various sources on here that we may be able to get some help with the medical bills, now we just have to focus on the immediate, getting to and from the hospital and paying for the bills incurred while staying there, my sister cannot work because of the preeclampsia and will have to pay for her doctors visits until we get the emergency funding we are hoping for.. I changed to a naughty wish, Although i think this is a nice wish..... There are people out there with worse problems so maybe mine is naughty? This is'nt the exact house my mom is liveing in...but its pretty much a clone of it..... She gave up on her wish, And my mom did not put all the details on her wish to be granted. She lost her home. Rent is very high in louisiana now. Her and my neice and nephew moved in with her uncle Dennis. She thought she could make it staying at her uncles in mississippi. It is a very small place and there just are no jobs. So if she could find a place closer to us, it would be great, So that we could help her. She just does not have the funds to move. Since she has moved in with her uncle the fridge has gone out. No a/c for them in these hot hot days. Also someone is going in the house and takeing her food from the house. She needs that food for her and the kids and her uncle.

She cant just afford to go get more food. Mom had only asked for 500.00 , but that is not enough to move with gas and utility's and rent and deposits and stuff. She could babysit in her own place for bills rent and grocery's. She lives on $400 a month. But she is unable to get fod stamps, because of the 400.00 enheratance check that my rich uncle fixed after he fauther died. She cant get any more than that a month or food staps... It realy sucks.... This is a woman that when she was doing ok, not rich but (had a job) would bring her own food out of her cabinets, If she heard someone was doing wth out...

She has also taken in many stragers with no place to go, that later became more like family members.... My mom is the greatest and does'nt deserve this please !! vote for my wish for me to help her....

Added me singing a song to my mom. Moms always been their for me and supported me. I have bad stage frieght and she would take me every weekend to sing at our fleamarket in louisiana,to try to get me over it. I never got over it lol , but mom was still was their to encourage me. I know so many people deserve this money, but I am gonna give it a try anyways. My husband lost his job 3 months ago & we haven't been able to pay our mortgage. He's now making $10.00 an hour and we have 2 kids.

Well needless to say we are going to leave the house we've lived at for 4 & a half years & try and get into a new one. We found one to rent really cheap & will actually be able to live in a house rather than a teeny apartment. But it's $1000.00 total to move in (with security deposits & such) And there's no way we can come up with that in time. So I am asking for that amount.

When I was a young girl my brother and his wife tried several times to have a baby, My sister in law Miscarried 5 times. Finally She gave birth to a baby boy And named him Larry Allen Smith.
He lived a very short life , A couple of months as I recall. ( My sister is looking for his obituary for me)
I remember sitting on the steps at the funeral home and watching my brother and sister in law cry. Not completly understanding what was going on. I was just hurt to see them Crying.
Larry was born in the early 70s. She Did finally have 2 sons born early that did survive. And are now giving them grand children. Many of you know and for those that dont, My Brother suffers from a mental illness. When my Dad passed away he was put into an institution for a short time, With Proper meds he is doing ok, But still is unable to work. He suffers severe anxiety attacks, Depression and copd. His Wife works part time cleaning hotel rooms to support them. His SSI Disability is pending. So they Cannot afford a headstone, They barely afford rent and utilities. So My wish is to suprise them with the money to buy the headstone.
$500.00 will cover the cost of the stone, The etching and any design they choose. We have a cousin that makes memorials for a living and he will give us a family discount that will make this wish happen. He does not have web address that I am aware of.

Now why is this monument so important. It has been 30 plus years since this baby died. Its grave is marked with a stone about the size of a large Rock with a letter and or Number on it.
No one knows who is burried there. except for the family. For further verification the baby is burried in Masfield cemetary [ link ]
It would be a huge suprise and a huge blessing to my brother and his wife to get this stone.

I had this wish up before but for some reason it was closed. I am a Wife and Mother and I have a 17 year old son. I am disabled and have been for most of his life. There is very little we can do together due to my disability. If we had a car that would run, ours broke down after so many band-aids being placed on it that now it is irrepairable, then we could go places together and do things that Moms do with their sons. Even if it is just a ride around the Penninsula. It doesn't have to be a brand new car, just one that is reliable and will hold my wheelchair. I am not concerned about how it looks, or what make it is ... although an eco friendly one would be best. I would love to have a car that ran on a renewable fuel source.
My Son loves nature if we could get there we could spend the whole day together cleaning up the Erie Penninsula and helping the environment while spending QUALITY time together.

The car does not have to be the one I get, I like the sentiment of the song and the fact that the car is eco-friendly. Unfortunately, I will never "walk up the side of a mountain" as I am confined to a wheelchair. But, With a car ... My son and I could at least go see the mountains.

Please ! Please ! Help me get a very deserving brother a headstone !!! I love an miss him so much, I wish he were here right now so, I wouldnt have to make this wish, But sory he is'nt here. Sory some of you dont like my wish for selfish reasons. I made a wish for my mom that won last week ,only because she had tried 5 times on her account. My whole world fell apart. Not my brother bad things arent supose to happen to me. You see sad stories on the news and think poor people. You never think it could happen to you. Let me tell you it can.

Please help !!! It would be great to surprise , and a smile for My Dad and my step mom, Who lost it when he died.... I mean "mentally" lost it. She loved her boys it was hard to get her to let them go to the skating rink. We would always tell her Debbie you need to let them boy's go and have fun. On a good day Debbie is there kinda mentally. She goes through days where she calls me and ask me Jo Jo if you hear from my boys tell them to call Me. Their is no "boy's" only my 1 brother left.
She tries to converse with me like Keith is still here.I dont know what to say so I dont say anything.... She talks as if he is still here. I wish he was but theirs nothing I can do.

2nd time around on this wish, but this time I'm asking for any donations anyone can send... I don't want to be greedy so I'm asking for anything at all, and I'm dropping the amount to $500.00 because that is all RHF will pay out... I will be most thankful for anything at all though.
If you've seen my other wishes, you know how hard we have been trying to catch up on our bills. We are slowly getting there, but a few days ago we got a notice from the County Tax Assessor. We have to come up with $1800.00 by the 1st of July for back property taxes and we just don't have any way of doing it, short of not paying our other bills in June. We really have no choice. They are going to start foreclosure if we haven't paid by then. We are finally getting to the point where we can breath again and now this. I hate tooting my own horn, but we are good people and we haven't had anything go our way in a very long time. All we want is to not worry, everyday, about this or that not getting paid so we can pay something else. We both work and make fair wages, but we never seem to get a break. We were hoping to, maybe, go on a small vacation this summer (our first in 11 years), but that has been wiped away, due to having our grandkids now. I am puting this in the "naughty" category because it's for us, but I can't think of anything less naughty than wanting some piece of mind. There is absolutely nothing we won't or haven't done for others that have needed our help, other than monetary needs, cause we just don't have the funds to help out in that way. But I will say if it came down to a life or death reason, I have no doubt that I would sacrifice bills and such to do the right thing. I put $500.00 for the wish, but, seriously any amount would help dearly, so donations in any amount will be greatly appreciated... We have a small house with a teeny,tiny bathroom with a tub/shower combination.It's really painful with my arthritis to lift my legs over the side of the tub into the shower.THEN it's painful AND exhausting to stand to shower.I do have a little plastic stool to sit on,but the space is so narrow and confining I'm always smacking my elbow into the shower door,grrrr!

Anyhow,hubby and son say they can put a large shower in the laundry room,with a regular shower head and a handheld one,and 2 bars to hold on to.It will also be big enough for a regular size shower bench.Cool,huh?

I don't need this but I sure WANT it!It's just not in our budget.

I have degenerative disk disease,asthma,Grave's Disease,severe depression,arthritis in my hips and knees and take meds to control atrial fib.10 prescriptions a month.Thank goodness for insurance!

My husband and I just had a little girl on the 23rd of March who is currently sleeping in a "lender" bassinet. bassinet. Due to Hurricane Katrina we have been living in one of those wonderful campers. We have finally somewhat gotten back on our feet and are moving into a "place" at the end of this month. Due to deposits, which I hope we have enough, I am in need of anything to be able to buy my little girl a proper baby bed. I want for anything for her to have what she deserves. I love surfing and looking at all of the beds, but everytime I do I know I do not have enough to get her one myself. I don`t want to post a long sob story, as everyone sees it for themselves on the news what has happened to the people that have lost their homes to Katrina. We also lost ours. The home was located exaclty where the eye of the hurricane crossed over. Buras, LA. We had winds registering 195 miles per hour. Anyhow everyone has been through alot here. We are just now getting back on our feet and have been staying in the yard(in our camper) of friends. Now that we are finally going to have a roof over our heads big enough to set up a nursery I would like to buy the most important thing. I am going to slowly buy the simple things to make her nursery special but the bed is what is going to break me. I could go on and on about not having money or being behind in bills but my baby comes first to me and we have to catch up on everything so nothing will be taken away from what she needs. Hello. My husband , daughter and myself moved from Ohio to West Virginia in November of 2007. Since moving here times have been tough.
Since November I had been the only one able to find a job besides my daughter who only works part time to make her car insurance payments.
I was only making $7.50 an hour and trying to pay rent, 2 car payments, utilites and put food on the table.
The place that I was employed began cutting hours and I was then down to around 20 hours a week.
I accepted employment elsewhere but was unable to come up with the gas money to drive 40 minutes to and from work daily. Gas here is $3.65 a gallon right now.
So me and my husband have both applied at a local school for maintenance positions. Things look promising but in the meantime I have no money to pay my utility bills.Neither of us are employed at this time but working hard to get employed.
I was able to defer my car payments and my mother and sister were able to help cover our rent but that is all they could afford to help with.
I am looking for a hand up not a hand out.
Soon we should be employed and able to do it on our own.
