HI All,
My name is Loretta, I go by Lori. I am from Westerly Rhode Island, and my fiance is from New Brittain Connecticut. I am originally from Agawam, Massachusetts. I am 35 years old, and pretty much you could say I am confined to my house. I take care of my mother all day, and I wouldnt have it any way else. My father passed away in 1996, and I was an only child so my mother and I only have each other. Her health is going down hill on a daily basis. She has suffered from lung cancer for 4 years now. They opperated and removed the cancer out of the lung once, and it is now back. They also opperated in 2004 and removed a cancerous brain tumor. Now, she is suffering from from depression, which the doctor says could be her sorce of loss of memory, no short term memory, not wanting to do anything anymore, and pretty much sleeping all day. He put her on medication for this and said if it doesnt work with in a month to help straighten this condition out, then he will do a test for alzheimers. Which I am hoping is not what is going on because I took care of my grandmother for 4 years who had alzheimers, and it wasnt fun or pretty. Basically, most of my life I have devoted my time to taking care of others, and now that I am forced to move the wedding date up, I need a little help in return. You see, my fiance is on disability, which I m sure we all know doesnt pay much, I am unable to work not only because I take care of mom, but also because I have medical conditions myself. It is going to be almost impossible to pay for this wedding by ourselfs, even though we are going the cheapest way possible. Its not going to be any big extravigant thing, just a small get together, at a hall with some food and dancing. I still want to keep it kind of formal, because after all it is a wedding, a day we are supposed to remember as a happy time for the rest of our lives. So, basically in a nut shell, any help is good help. Its for a good cause, my mother. The only one I will ever have, and the only woman in the world who has been there for me my whole life. If you can help, I would greatly appreciate it, and Thankyou for taking the time to read about me and my problems.

Got the box back destroyed, and have just now been able to reassemble most materials. Doctor tomorrow, free time Tuesday to re-do the work, then will mail, NOT UPS.

Hey, Lori!! I have the materials, I just have to get it all done. Spent some time being sick and in the hospital, but that's under control, so I just have to find where I put the box of stuff. (Dan says closet shelf, he's usually right.) I'll get it together in the next week, and then we'll get it all shipped. Now, where are my corsage pins.... :)

Lori ~ I know what things are like for you [really, more than you know - without the great sex, lol, I didn't have time] !!!
PLEASE, check out the links I gave you in my comment on your wish !!! They are for wishes of Terminally Ill ADULTS !!! And they can most likely cover the cost of your wedding [or at least a good bit of it] !!! I hope and pray you -will- at least check them, and call them !!!
