I'm a pregnant single mom with rowdy 3 boys and one on the way. My oldest son's father left when he was 3 months old after a 5 1/2 year relationship. and hasn't looked back we have seen maybe $1000 in child support over the last 5 years and that was only because he actually filed taxes that year and they took it from him. He has never laid eyes on our son since he left. I Ended up giving my Parents temp coustody of my oldest son due to no money or car for him to be able to goto school. The father of my other 2 boys and the one on the way discovered smoking crack cocaine about 18 months ago. I paid for 4 different rehabs which all failed. He bankrupted us, we lost our home, our car, everything we owned. not counting the est. $90,000 worth of debt. Finally i gave up on him about 6 months ago and stopped contact. I haven't heard from him and neither has any of his family in 5 months i don't know if he is dead or alive sober or high or anything. So all that put me back living with my parents in a very crowded 4 BR/1 bath house. With my Parents, my Sister, My 2 nieces, and my brother. that makes 5 adults and 5 fixing to be 6 kids. so needless to say its a daily challenge not to go insane. my youngest son has been sick since the day he was born. after bringing him home from the hospital he had sever diarrhea and vomiting that the small town doctors here kept changing his formula saying he was having an allergy to it. after about 2 months of things getting worse we finally had someone take us to Shreveport to a good hospital. where they said he had a kidney defect that turned into metabolic acidosis because of the severe dehydration. They said if we had waited 2 more days he would have more than likely went into shock and died on us. It took 2 weeks of IV's to get him re hydrated and gaining weight again he was born 6 pounds 3 ounces and was 5pounds when they put him in the hospital. he is finally healthy but will have ongoing problems for most if not all his life from the lack of nutrition during that time. now they tell me the baby I'm pregnant with has a heart defect due to the fact that my rubella vaccine from when i was a kid wore off or something which made me not immune to rubella which my nephew had rubella a few months ago i didn't know it was dangerous for me being pregnant to be around him. but i guess it was because they say my ex poser has caused the baby a heart defect they aren't sure how bad it is yet. I go to tech school part time and work full time and its taking most of my money to have my kids in day care and make so many trips back and forth to Shreveport to specialist. which has put me so broke i cant afford to get a place of my own or a car which makes it so hard on my mother god love her she has done so much for us. they say bad luck run in spans of 7 years I've had 6 of it so I'm hoping its coming to an end soon. TO all those out there with true heart felt wishes i hope you get what your heart desires.
