Hello! I am a former US Army soldier, was in for 15 years. I had to get out when I got disabled. I had wanted to retire, but could not.
I cannot work outside my home because of injuries to my feet and and permanently injured shoulder from Army service. I have an 12 year old son, whose father died in the Army in 2001. We rent a very small home, I am on a limited income. I have been approved to get a new modular home, one floor to help with my disibilities. I do have some money to save, but by the end of August, I need to have a total of $2500.00 for the down payment. I am not asking for that much, just whatever you can afford. Every little bit helps. | Activities: | Bicycle riding, speedwalking (when my feet can take it), Renaissance Festivals, camping, traveling, photography, almost all kinds of music, just not rap, including Native American & Peruvian flute music. dancing, singing kareoke, Pow Wows, cooking, and doing my sewing & custom embroidery. |

| Favourite Music: | Almost all music, except for rap. U2 and Paul McCartney/The Beatles are my favorites. Native American music and Peruvian music are other kinds that I like. |
| Favourite Tv Shows: | All the CSI, heck any crime show on CBS. Plus Ghost Whisperer, Jericho, 2 1/2 Men, How I Met Your Mother, PBS music specials, Discovery shows, especially Mythbusters. And the History and TLC channels. Can't wait for the new Pirate Master show on CBS either. |
| Favourite Movies: | Lord Of The Rings, all of them. Harry Potter, all of them. Vampire movies, Disney movies, Looney Tunes, old musicals, especially Gene Kelly movies. Some romantic comedies and action films ( Lethal Weapon, loved them) |
| Favourite Books: | Anything by Anne Rice. Medieval and early American history. Biographies and true crime books. |
| Like To Meet: | Well have met all of U2, so that part of who I would like to have met is done. Other than them, Antonio Banderas, Viggo Mortensen, (and would have liked to have met Gene Kelly) |
| Heroes: | Only me, I am my own hero, I overcame being an abused child without passing that heritage on to my son. I swore when young I would not treat my own children how I was treated and I did it. |

Thanks he has a beginner one that is has borrowed from his parrain, it is old but he plans on pursuing it in college so the band director advised him it was time to upgrade to a professional one. thanks for the votes
