Bio:
I am recently divorced. I have two children, one at home the other married with children. Mother passed right afterwards.
I work full time along with a part time job on Saturdays, I also refinish furniture on the side, so as you can tell I do what I can to survive and help my children and grandchildren out as much as possible.
I love my grandchildren and children and I'm not angry at my ex-husband (he went through mid life early in life and married her, she's 10 years younger than myself! HA! sorry but I have to joke about it!), just so confused mostly, but, I love life and do what I can to enjoy it.
But recently it's so hard to be positive!
After the divorce, my mom passed (she was and is my hero!), then my home was robbed (along with some of my neighbors!), I wrecked my car and now my Son's joined the Army (I'm really very afraid he will not make it back from Iraq), All the men in my family have served in the armed services, my brother came back from Vietnam paralized, and this is what I think of when I think of my son now! It's an honorable thing to do, but right now as things have been going - I'm scared for him. If anything else, I need someone who can relate to these things to talk to.
It's just wrong how one bad thing can happen to someone and their world changes so badly.
Ever wonder "What have I done that's so bad?" I do here lately all the time!
