I live in CT with my husband and 3 children. My daughter Ember is 4, my son Ayden is 2 1/2, and my miricale child Cody is now 15months. The last few years have been really hard on my family. 4 months after we found out I was pregnate with Cody, we recieved terrible news. He was diagnoised with a rare condition called Arthrogryposis multiplex. They said he had less then a 10% chance of surviving and they suggested abortion. Dad and I decided to hold on to that 10% and chose to carry him. The pregnatcy was very ruff on me phisically and emotionally. 2 weeks before my schedualed C-section, my ex-husband kiddnapped my other to children and took the to his reservation in Arizona. I had no choice but to go after him(being 36 weeks pregnat). I had complications and had to deliver my son out there. Amazingly he survived and after a few months we were able to come home(I got my other kids back). Sense then my life has been a rollercoaster. Cody has had 7 surgeries sense he was born including a tracheostomy that landed him permenantly on a ventolator, along with several stamach surgeries. His nursery at home looks like a hospital because of all the equitment. We are now back at Yale Hospital again. This time he had to have emergancy surgery on his stomach(again). We almost lost him. If there was ever an example of a stressful life I would be it!! Please vote for my wishes and keep us in your prayers.
