My name is Sonia Naomi Rivera. And I'm Puerto Rican.And I love my husband is a wonderful man I ever had in my life.I met my man through a telephone dating service and when I first met him I thought he looked like Usher. We went out on our first date at a fancy restaurant and on new years 2001 he proposed to me in a nightclub in front of everybody. I was so happy and embarrassed so I said yes and it's been 8 and half years wonderful years of happily ever after. We still have not made the big step of marriage yet, but we will eventually get there. When we do it will be a nice big wedding that we will always remember. I wake up next to him smiling and I go to bed next to him smiling and I dream of him smiling. I have found my prince charming and I will always cherish this man forever. I also want to pursue all my goals and dreams of becoming something great in life just like him and continue to be a role model for my children. I am also not a selfish person, I have a big heart for people and would love to help others find happiness and comfort in their lives.He is a wonderful and the best dad to his 2 kids.He makes me very happy.

Activities:	I love to ride horses in my spare time. I find that horseback riding is an enjoyable hobby and I feel free when it's just me and my horse riding like the wind.I like swimming at the pool alot.I like going to nightclubs, I like playing bowlingtoo.
Interests:	My Interest is that my fiance get signed to a record label cuz he is good what he does.I love to have a nice dream wedding.
Favourite Music:	My man is an entertainer so the music I listen to is mostly his, but I enjoy hip hop, latin, r&b, pop, and jazz. My favorite artist would be him of course and I love Aaliyah, Selena, Alejandro Sanz, Marc Anthony, RBD, Kumbia Kings, Luis Fonso, and Menudo. I know I can salsa dance and merengue when I'm on the dance floor and sometimes other guys want to get with the moves I do.
Favourite Tv Shows:	I love watching "Our days of our lives and Passions and many more.
Favourite Movies:	I like action, drama, soap operas, and comedy flicks. I watch one movie a night with my hubby. The movie that really inspired me the most would be 'Dirty Dancing' starring Patrick Swayze. I used to try to dance like him when I was a little girl and dream I was his girl. I love the way the people do their dirty dancing and when I was 10 years old I got in trouble for showing off in the mirror.
Favourite Books:	I love reading romance novels by Danielle Steele. She is my favorite author and she inspires me to write my own autobiography of my life because I am adopted.I like all kind of books.

I will start by sayign I do not know you and am not judging you, but I sincerely disagree with your ideals and tactics...

When I read your wish, it feels like you think autism is some awful disease. Have you ever thought about maybe Autism is mearly (sp?) a different way of functioning. Not wrong, but different...Why is it that we all think if some one is different there is something wrong and we need to find a cure.

I love my special needs child and am proud of all that he is and I wouldn't change him for the world...He is just as God intended.

I love the picture of your daughter! She looks like a very sweet child. Don't let anyone hassle you about the wig. One of my daughters wore wigs regularly for a number of years, she had different colors... a white one, a bright red one and a dark blue. There is nothing wrong with a child wearing a wig or hat that they like. You may find as she grows up that she will be a very creative, artistic individual.
You are clearly a hard working, caring parent. I support you.
The only thing I have disagreed with is the idea of a "cure" but other than that, I completely support you. Don't listen to people who don't understand. Some people on here will criticize anyone!
I hope that you and your family will achieve your hopes and dreams. God bless you and walk with you always.
