I feel for you, i have two kids of my own, and we are at the end of the line ourselves. So many people are in the same boat. Maybe you will get the two hundred, but if your kids need help in Spanish.. Send them to languages4free.com.. it won't cost you a dime. Trying to help with something.
I really hope you get the help you need I myself am in dire straights to but i di give you a vote, hope it helps you meet your needs!!
