Bio:

I have 3 girls and 2 boys. My middle daughter has Williams syndrome. I homeschool her and the 2 she is between. My youngest is to young to go to school. The older one is gradurating from the local high school in 2008. My oldest is already a CNA and some day would like to be a peds. nurse. I has some handicaps of my own. I deal with my youngest daughter having asthma and she has been med flight once with an attack to a hospital 2 hours away. I had to have our pastor take me to the hospital because our baby was only about 7 weeks old. So, the doctor would not let me drive the 2 hours away. A year later she ended up in the hospital and she almost ended in the hospital only 4 months after her med flight. My husband and oldest daugther are the only ones that work. She is putting money away for college so our family of 7 mostly live on 1 income of my husbands. We have been married for 18 years on September 30.

Yep... It does so much for me to sit him in the hospital and watch him fry his brain on a game....lmao..get a clue lady....cause you have none. He DOES learn on homebound..a teacher comes in 3 days a week..and geee...he did very well on his report card so he MUST have learned something...and if you knew anything about his illness..which you dont..you may get it better...but you wont....He cannot go to school when OTHER KIDS have contagious illnesses...THEY will get him sick...continue being ignorant..you do it well....must be a wonderful gift to know everything...esspecially about everyone elses lives! You are so special...lmao! Leave me alone...you are not worth it =)

When your child is sick..by all means..make em rest...my son gets sick in a different way..and I dont believe I will make him *rest* for 6 mos while on homebound...His handheld game has come in very handy to relax him at the hospitals...and..I do not play video games..and his siblings have different interests..so keep your insinuations to yourself...and go rest..thanks! =)

A friend sent me the Welcome To Holland story and it just struck a cord with me. I think it is such a great way to explain what it is like to raise a special child. I use it to explain to people when they ask about raising my son.

Thank you for accepting the friend request. Check out the community page and the forum threads where every gets together to promote thier wishes and chat...We are all usually there.
