Born in Ohio, raised in North Carolina from six years of age by a two-job working mom that was NEVER out from her job(s). NEVER. I can remember listening to her cry when I was just awakening with arthritis in her feet and legs as she was putting on her shoes for work. I, of course, never listened to what anyone said and quit high school in the 11th grade, after lettering 3 straight years in football. I WAS A BAD MAN IN A FOOTBALL GAME. I knew with my skills, I could get a scholarship to college, 'cause I ain't dumb either. I was headed to the pros. Well, coulda, shoulda, woulda, and blah, blah, blah. It was the biggest mistake in my life. I've been struggling and relatively poor ever since. My wife, thank God,still loves and believes in me, and if it weren't for that, I don't know what I'd do. Now I'm 50 and out of work for a year and a half now, and fighting Social Security for disability from an on the job back injury.

Activities:	Watching NFL football (GO VIKINGS and PANTHERS), playing with my doggies, playing with my wife (shhhh!) don't tell anybody, gardening (vegetable and decorative), LOVE to watch and play golf. Once in blue moon, my back will ease up and I can attempt it.
Interests:	Stopping the corruption in Govt., Stop the planned killing of the animal kingdom, Stop global warming, in other words SAVING OUR PLANET!, tryin like I don't know what to heal my relationship w/ my wife. IT'S WORKING!, NFL football, The St. Louis Cardinal baseball team., fun things that get my mind off of the way the REAL world is (I think we are now toward the End of Days).
Favourite Music:	All kinds, but mainly hard rock (surprise, and I'm 50) Some old classic rock n' roll like Heart, Queensryche, Rush is my favorite band
Favourite Tv Shows:	Frasier (sorry it's gone), documentaries, National Geographic stuff, The Dog Whisperer, Two and a Half Men, Californication, Weeds.

Favourite Books:	Don't read much, but the last book(s) I read were an amazing series about ancient man, their evolution and the first fair-haired woman known that was banished from her tribe and roamed the earth surviving on her own until she is befriended by another tribe. Authored by Jean Auel, The Plains of Passage, Clan of the Cave Bear, Valley of the Horses, The Mammoth Hunters, Shelters of Stone. I read a lot on the internet

Heroes:	The entire St. Louis Cardinals baseball team from last year...Been a fan since I was a little boy and waited 25 years for the 2006 Title they won when EVERY sports personality in the nation said it was NOT possible. I'm STILL laughing at them all. ANYONE that is trying to get Bush and Cheney impeached is my hero (I think they should be tried and convicted of war crimes against humanity or just dropped by helicopter in the middle of Baghdad. Oil and money hungry villains, the lot of them!

Thanks for voting for my wish!!! It is so hard to lift Josh's cart with his ventilator into and out of our van... and then if our van dies we are really out of luck!

I know God will help us and bring us a new(er) one - I just don't know when or how.
