the roles have reversed for me and my mom. I now explore the world again through her eyes, as she is aging rapidly with all the stress of being a caregiver. I find myself more in the mom seat instead of being a royal pain in the behind. It's okay sometimes but sometimes I just want to hang out with friends. It's rough especially now that we are still starting over.
