I need some financial assitance very badly, my disability check only covers my rent and car insurance and my electric bill, that still leaves my gas bill, phone bill and food and gas for my car needed to be had every month also my co-pays for all my prescriptions I take monthly which I cannot afford most of the time. I am having surgery again in three days, I have three children 2 are grown one still lives with me and his b-day is Monday June 30th I can't even afford a b-day cake or a card and gift for my son, I'm feeling alot of guilt because of this can anyone help me, I would be forever grateful. I used to make 27.00 an hour in a law firm and now been on disability for eight years, alot less income now. And, doctor's are saying I can't go back to work. There are two rx's waiting at the pharmacy I can't afford, my son's b-day of course and our gas bill, gas for my car and food for us in the fridge I can't afford.

| Activities: | I love spending time with my family which includes my four cats. Would love to see my mom again but, she livs 400 miles away, I'm all alone except for my son who is just 15 years old and my husband who works all the time and barely makes more than minimum wage, we try very hard to do things as a family but everything costs at least a little bit of money. So, we spend alot of time at home together. Which I cherish. |
| Interests: | I love music, I used to figure skate before I got in a near fatal car accident while pregnant in 1985. My son lived but my dog on my lap passed away, she saved his life they say. So, I have great interests in my children and animals, I do some cat rescues for feral locally feeding and trapping once in a while when I feel up to it, most of the time I am very tired and sick unfortunately. |
| Favourite Music: | I like all kinds of music. I am told I have a great singing voice. And, I won a singing competition while pregnant with my third child out of three hundred other people competing against me, I once did a demo tape in a recording studio which was always one of my dreams. |
| Favourite Tv Shows: | Animal Planet. Talk Shows (some), National Geographic educational tv., my husband loves history so we watch alot of historical shows together. |
| Favourite Movies: | Legally Blonde 1 and 2, I thought both movies were the cutest movies I have ever seen, I had always dreamed of going off to college and having the fun Elle Woods had in the movies, and I am a big Reese Witherspoon fan. ALso, Terms of Endearment, it makes me cry because the relationship the mom and daughter have reminds me of my relationship with my mom a little. |
| Favourite Books: | I don't read as much as I should and would like to, usually spending time with my kids, husband and cats instead of reading. |

| Heroes: | One of my childhood heroes was the cartoon character Underdog, I even had a puppy named Underdog. I would say my heroes as an adult are the people who stick by me through thick and thin, my mom, my husband, my kids, my cats, they stick by me and appreciate and treasure every moment as much as I do together. |
