Thank you for making my wish one of your favorites. Today is my birthday; not a happy one, but I am alive and better off than I was last year. Those of you who know my whole story may remember that one of the turn of events was the passing of my mother two weeks before Mother’s day ’07. What you didn’t know was that her birthday was September 30th last year was the first without her, and then followed by the holiday memories. Everything from trick or treating as a child, to opening the gifts on Christmas day. This year I can’t even visit her grave!
Those of you who are prayer warriors please keep me in mind, not only for my wish, but my sanity as well. Of all the things I’ve lost, I think I’d miss my mind the most! Thank you all for the tips, advice, and words of encouragement; I need all that I can get during this rough period. I am a licensed funeral director who has gone back to school and although I am currently unemployed. if you get me the brand and make of your urn I will see what I can do about at least getting it to you for cost. I am really shocked the funeral home did not just give it to you, for cryin' out loud.
