I am a 30 year old mother with Lupus and all 3 of my children which are all girls have special needs. Before I got sick in 2004, I was going to college, working and breastfeeding my youngest daughter. Yes I was trying to be a supermom and often wonder if that is part of the reason I got sick. My oldest daughter was stuck in my cervix for 40 hours before they took her emgergency csection. She has autism, brown syndrome, adhd, epilepsy, and severe allergies. My middle daughter was born dead due to a doctor's negligence and was diagnosed with meconium aspiration syndrome, a left occipital skull fracture, a subarachnoid hemorrhage, cephalohematoma, sepsis, jaundice and a transient heart murmur. Later she was diagnosed with a speech impediment, mild restrictive lung disease and had to have heart surgery. I thought my youngest daughter was fine until just a few weeks ago when we found out that she has to have the same heart surgery my middle daughter had in 2004. We desperately need help with everything. We have tried to get help from our small community, the county and other resources without much success. I am trying to start a modeling/photography career.
