I am wishing to feel my husbands arms around me again. It has been 8 looong months that I have felt that. I have become an emotional basket case as I miss him dearly. I am not the only one suffering but our children are as well. I try not to cry in front of my children but it is hard.
To explain a little better. I married a wonderful man in 2005. I have a son whom I had in a previous relationship and my husband took him in as if he was his own. He loved him so much that when I became pregnant with our first daughter he cried and often told me that he was afraid he wouldn't love her as much as he loved my son, Griffin. Of course as soon as she was born he lost that feeling. He still considers Griffin HIS first child but does have equal love for all our children. Selena was born in September 2004 and is now 2 and 1/2. She does not understand where Daddy is. Our second daughter Hailey was born in November 2005, 6 weeks early and was in the NICU for a week after I went home. Between myself and my husband we stayed by her side the whole time. I was told after her birth I should not have any more children as the birth could prove deadly for myself or baby. When Hailey was about 3-4 months old we found out I was pregnant again. This was the most scariest thing for us. As we do not believe in abortion and as my husband was hoping to have another little boy we waited it out and I frequented doctors almost weekly along with specialists. The baby was due to be born in Dec 2006. My husband being from Ecuador and not being a citizen of the US was ordered by an immigration judge to voluntarily leave the US and return to his home country by the end of July 2006. We are working with an attorney and immigration to get him back asap. I did not think it would take so long. Getting closer to our final daughters birth he still was not here and was unable to see the birth of our daughter Alanna. She was born in Nov 6 weeks early. This was not an easy delivery and almost proved fatal to me. Baby was fine after staying in NICU for almost 2 weeks due to low birth weight, 3 days after her being home she was back in hospital, She is well now. So, to get to my wish I would like to enroll Griffin in a sport that can keep him busy and also give him attention from myself and other family members when we attend games and practice. He has taken an interest in soccer, football and baseball. I would love if I could be able to surprise him with enrollment into one of these sports. This may help keep his mind off why his stepfather is not here as we have had many a tear together over this and I can only hold him and tell him I hope it is soon. I am writing this wish in between tears. As many of you know from my previous wishes I have 4 children and there father was forced to leave the US by voluntary departure almost 9 months ago now. Things just seem to keep getting worse for me and it is so hard but I must stay strong for my children. Here is a little more background on my situation.
When my husband left last July he had made sure our rent was paid where we were staying for the next 4 months. When time ran out I was forced to leave that apartment with my children and go stay with my parents. My sister also lives here with her 2 children so it has been a bit of a tight squeeze. My oldest daughter Selena and my son, Griffin are outgrowing all there clothing and I just don't have the funds to buy new clothes for them.
My father is a great man and works in construction but is just pulling in enough to cover the rent and bills for the house. He helps when he can. My mother who is also a great person is on disability from the state. Tonight, she decided she was leaving and is gone now. Her and my father had there differences and she just decided she couldn't stay around anymore.
Seeing how great that the people here are on RHF I decided to reach out for a desperate plea for help. I am usually the one who helps others and would rather see someone else happy than myself. I never before would dream to ask for any help but this time I must put my pride aside and do it for my children. With my mom gone I may not have somewhere to live in a month or so. OK Here goes! This is a very naughty wish for me and only me. Hey after all I have been through and am going through as many of you may know from previos wishes I think I truly deserve this one. OK so I have been away from here for awhile as far as making wishes. I have been hopping on to vote on wishes though. I am in desperate need for some help here. I have never in my life begged for anything. Now is the time. You know about my situation from my other past wishes, all remains the same.
I currently receive food stamps in the amount of 300.00/month. I have 4 children one of which 1 is still on formula. Formula can be quite expensive and I was not approved for WIC. Reason for that is because this would be my 3rd time in 3 years receiving it. They were giving me an extremly hard time. So, most of the food stamps go to getting formula for my youngest daughter and we all know that food stamps do not apply for pampers. My 3 girls are all in Pampers still...I know I know I am working on the whole potty training thing. It's just not working yet!!
The only income I get right now is $100/week child support from my sos father and that is only if he has it. So as of right now this has run out from buying gas for the car to get the children back and forth to where they have to go, couple gallons of milk since the food stamps ran out, (the price of milk is ridiculous now, almost 5.00/gallon!), and 3 small packages of diapers. Hello and thank you for reading my wish. It has been awhile since I have been on to make a wish but with Christmas right around the corner and 4 children I figured I had to give this one a shot and pray for the best. Some of you MAY remember me while others have no clue who I am as I just added a bunch of new friends.
My husband had to do a voluntary departure back to Ecuador in July 2006 and we are still going through all the paperwork and such with Immigration. Running into 1 speed bump after another the process is taking much longer than normal. I was pregnant when he left, a very high riskj pregnancy that could have proved fatal for myself, the baby or both of us. Luckily and thank God we both made it through. We had a beautiful baby girl, Alanna, who was born Decmeber 8, 2006. 4 pounds 15 ounce. Needless to say he missed her birth and has yet to hold her. I was unable until just recently to send him a picture of her because at this point I am barely making it trying to raise the children and buy the pampers and formula, which she is almost on whole milk alone.
Along with Alanna, who is now 1, my husband and I have 2 other daughers who are 2 and 3 and I have a son who he took into his life as if he were his own from a previos relationship.
I live with my father and sister as well as her 2 children. The thing that breaks my heart is when we wake up on Christmas morning my 2 nephews will have plenty of gifts to open as I try to prevent my kids from watching them. My son is 7 so he understand a lot more than the other children. I am in silently in tears now whenever I think about it especially when my own voice is ringing in my head "Santa is watching you better behave or he may not bring you anything but coal." You guys know how it goes as it gets closer to Christmas. I am sure we all are guilty of using the phrase. Only my saying it is coming back full force to smack me in the face. They won't even be getting coal this year. As a mom I am forced to make a decision either food on the table to feed them or a few presents they can open and enjoy. What would you do?? I have a son of my own and 3 daughters who my husband and I had after we married in 2004. In 2006 he had to voluntarily depart the US back to his home country of Ecuador. Almost 2 years later we are getting to the finalization of him being able to return back to us legally. He was sent here for a better life by his family when he was 17. We were in the process of getting his green card when he was ordered to leave. When he left he left beind a 1 and a half year old daughter and a 9 month old daughter and his stepson as well as me his wife which I was 4 months pregnant. He missed the birth of is last daughter and she is now 1 and a half and she has never seen her Dad nor has he had a chance to hold her, kiss her goodnight or anything.
I am now trying to gather money as we wait for his immigration interview at which after he will be able to return home. However, we don't have the funds to purchase a plane ticket for his return.
Money donated will go to getting him a plzne ticket home where all 5 of us will be waiting at the airport. Any money above my target will go towards helping us start over and getting out of the situation we are currently in. By that I mean staying in a living room, myself and children sleeping on couches and a recliner and 1 in a playpen.

Hi and thanks for taking the time to read this wish. Not much to say here as the title says it all. My son, Griffin is 7 and I would like to suprise him with a Ninntendo WII. He is a good kid and right now as most of you know I am staying in the living room at my dad's house with my 4 children. My sister also lives here with her 2 boys who are 6 and 8.
