gastric bypass surgery and to be healthy
i took in 2 orphans 3 years ago, but with my weight being so high, i cant get out and play with them and its hard to get around to help them in sports or go feild trips, they have already lost 1 set of parents i dont want them to lose another. |

i need gastric bypass surgery to lose weight, i have tryed every diet there is with no luck, 3 years ago i took in 2 kids that had lost there parents, but being an older person i did not know i was going to have so much problems trying to take care of them, being over weight it is so hard to play out side games with them, even walking to the ballpark is so painful for me, the little girl always says mommy i wish you could lose weight so we can do things like go to the zoo.i have been givin 5 to 10 years to live if i dont lose weight, it would be so hard for these kids to lose there second set of parents before they have even gotten out of grade school. |

4 years ago i took to orphans that no one else would take, being a large lady i had no idea how hard it would be to be a mother at 46 and being obese, i would like to get this surgery so i can do more with the kids, the doctor has said if i dont have the surgery my life span is limited to 5 to 10 years, but my insurance wont pay for it. |

a weekend alone with my husband in a hotel
after taking in 2 kids 4 years ago, my husband and i have not been able to spend a minute alone together, a nice weekend stay away from home would be so relaxing. |

IM STILL SAVING FOR GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY
I KNOW EVERYONE THINKS THIS IS TO MUCH MONEY TO ASK FOR , BUT I AM SAVING AND HAVE MANAGED TO SAVE A 1000. SINCE MY LAST WISH SO I AM ON MY WAY, AND EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS, MY LITTLE GIRL HAS EVEN STARTED PICKING UP CHANGE WHEN EVER SHE SEES IT ON THE GROUND AND PUTTING IT IN MOMMIES OPERATION FUND, I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND A DEFORMED HEART FROM BIRTH, MY FEET STAY SO SWELLED I CAN NOT EXERCISE LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE. THE DOCTOR HAS SAID IF I DO NOT HAVE THE SURGERY AND LOSE WEIGHT I WONT LAST BETWEEN 5 TO 10 MORE YEARS. I REALLY FEEL BAD FOR THE KIDS SINCE THEY LOST THERE FIRST SET OF PARENTS TO DEATH , I WOULD HATE FOR THEM TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN, THATS WHY I AM SO DETERMINED TO GET THIS SURGERY, AND I WILL STILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO COVER THIS SURGERY FOR ALL OBESE PEOPLE. |

A TRAMPOLINE FOR THE KIDS
THE KIDS HAVE BEEN WANTING A TRAMPOLINE EVER SINCE WE TOOK THEM IN 4 YEARS AGO , BUT WE JUST COULD NOT SPARE THE EXTRA MONEY. I PUT THIS UNDER NAUGHTY SINCE IT IS NOT A NECCESIDTY, BUT JUST SOME THING THEY REALLY WANTED. |

the kids have been wanting a trampoline ever since we took them in 4 years ago, but we have not had the extra money for it. they dont really need it , but they want it bad. |

a new mirror for my truck
i was side swiped by a vehicle that left the scene, i had to pay 98.00 for a new mirror 3 days later after i had the mirror fixed some one else hit my mirror and broke it off again. |

a hearing aid for my dad
this is not for me but for my 80 year old dad who still works to provide for his family. my dad lost his hearing aid at work and really needs to get another one since he cant hear what people are saying. |

trampoline for the kids
4 years ago we took in 2 kids, the were born to an alcoholic so they have many problems, they were passed from foster homes to there parents until there parent died then they were passed from family members until they arrived here, they are very hyper , they are driving me crazy, they really need some where to burn there energy.please make this happen to save my sanity. |

my dad is 80 years old and still works he lost his hearing aid and needs to get another one. but they are so expensive and he is on a fixed income. |

2nd try new mirror for my truck
i got side swiped and broke my mirror off, i had just had it fixed 3 days before, im so short i have to use my mirrors alot, i need to get it fixed. |

a new comode
we have the most ugly puke yellow comode, i just hate this ugly thing, and it doesnt work very well, i think its been in the house since 1950. id really like a white one. |

a few unpaid medical bills
recently i had a cardiac catheterization and the insurance did not quite pay 80% i am past due on the amount and need to get it paid off. |

a family membership to the cincinnati zoo
a family membership would be so great, the kids love the zoo, but if you dont have a membership it is so expensive. |

im still saving to get gastric bypass surgery so i can try to get healthy again, and be able to play with the little kids we took in 4 years ago. hopefully after the surgery i will not have to be on the breathing machine any more. |

my husband won a night stay at a new hotel in our town, but the meal is not included, tight wods, haha. a little extra spending money for a meal would be nice. |

as you know we took in 2 kids 4 years ago , they have had such a terrible life being passed from foster homes to there parents and so on until there parents died.they have alot of mental problems they are trying to work through, they have wanted a trampoline for so long but we have not had the extra money to get them one. we tryed softball but as you can see in the picture it turned out to be a bad idea, so i would like to get them a trampoline that has the protective sides on it so they dont get hurt. |
