I am asking for help to pay for dental work that we just had done today for my son Tyler who is not quite 2. Tyler was deprived of the calcium he needed for his teeth to fight cavities because I had Thyroid disease during my pregnancy. Even though I was treated for my disease there was no way to know that the result would be what happened today. I knew Tyler has a cavity and made a dentist appointment. At that appointment we found out that he was in need of extensive dental work. Eight fillings, 2 pulpotomies or baby root-canals, and 2 stainless steel crowns. The work would not be covered fully under our dental plan b/c there are no in network providers in our state. We had to wait just over a month for the dental work to be scheduled in the hospital b/c of his age, he would require general anesthesia for this much work to be done. I have been distraught that he was in need of so much work and worried how we would be able to pay for it as we are a middle income family who lives paycheck to paycheck. During the month wait to have the work done, his problems just got worse. The result was more cavities and crowns than we could have ever expected. Poor little Tyler ended up having 6 root-canals, 6 crowns/caps, and 8 cavities. He has 2 stainless steel crowns and 4 white or porcelan caps on his top front teeth.

Please help me pay for this work as we are now expecting this to be extremely costly and the dentist will not work with us on inhouse financing. I need to pay everything up front to the doctor. I have already attempted to get an exception from our insurance company and they refused to pay for a larger portion of the work due to no provider in a reasonable area. Their suggestion was we drive out of state to get the work done. My health insurance company has stated they will not help pay either because the work required was not due to an injury. I have exhausted all options at this point and don't know where to turn. Please help me!

Some help finding a specific bunny for Tyler

Tyler has 4 Silly Buddy Bunnies from Bunnies by the Bay. The bunnies that I bought him when he was young I can't find in our area anymore. The company has discontinued this item except in the pink, and of course Tyler being a boy he really doesn't like pink. Yes, even at the tender age of 21 months he has a color preference. If you have ever seen this bunny please let me know. I'd love to find him one that is new and hasn't been chewed on!

If everyone would say one prayer fro my father-in-law who has bone cancer. He is fighting very hard but is in terrible pain and is now fighting the begining stages of depression also.
