I'm a tiny little white feral baby named SpitFire who can pick up and run away with a chicken leg and make big bad dogs whimper!

The legs are heavy, they are bigger than I am but I growl and I hiss and I spit and I run under the table and hide with my chicken leg. I make my human scoop me up while I keep the leg in my teeth and she puts me into a feed cage where I rip that leg to shreds with my tiny little mouth.

Ever since this human started feeding me raw chicken legs I started to worry about how she is going to keep getting these tasty treats. She whispered in my ear something about wishing and sometimes wishes can get granted. My wish is for a nice big package of fresh yummy chicken legs.

I am a physically challenged mother who cares for a developmentally and emotionally disabled adult son as well as a person who rescues and cares for disabled pets. I can't use crutches due to a disability with my left hand and I would not be able to use a manual wheel chair for the same reason. I am able to stand and walk for short periods at a time, usually around 15 minutes. Luckily medicaid just last week authorized my rollator so now I am able to sit and rest if the stretch of walking is too far. I have however become rather housebound. I used to be quite active in in a local organization and attended meetings and events, but since an injury worsened my legs in October I have not attended any more meetings or events because I can't stay on my feet long enough. My partner enjoys doing medieval recreation events but I can't attend those events with her because of my limited mobility. Going to our local botanical gardens is something I loved to do but can no longer do. Shopping is extremely difficult as in order to stretch funds we have to shop at a discount grocery store (Save-A-Lot) and they do not have mobility scooters for customer use. I am not yet eligible for a scooter from medicaid because I don't need it for home mobility. I am able to get around my home with the use of my standard walker...however cooking and housecleaning is not easy. I would need an All Terrain scooter since most of the activities I do for animals and family events are outdoors. Most of these begin at $1000 new. I realize one can only win $100 on this site. In my case of course $100 won't buy me a scooter, but it will add to the small savings fund that is meant to buy this scooter hopefully before spring. I would like this year to start with hope. I'm not ready to be housebound till I am disabled enough to need a scooter for home mobility. I am able to stand and walk for short periods at a time so I am ineligible for a scooter from my insurance. I do have a rollator to help me for those few minutes of walking but I have however become rather housebound because I can't stay on my feet long enough to do anything outside of my home.

Going to our local botanical gardens with my family is something I loved to do but can no longer do. Shopping at discount stores is extremely difficult as they do not have mobility scooters for customer use. Going for a walk around the block is impossible now.

I would need a 4 wheel scooter designed for indoor/outdoor use since most of the activities I do for animals and family events are outdoors. Most of these begin at $1000 new but a friend knows someone who is selling one for $300 and if I raise the money soon I have a good shot of getting it.

Between Microgiving donations and adoption of this need by Ebay giving board angels forum I will get my scooter! Thank you everyone who supported me! Your support kept me going and helped this to happen for me.

That is what is required by Medicaid before they will authorize one.
I have received $190 in donations from Microgiving and only need $277 to get the refurb scooter in the link below. While I realize I can only win $100 from this site, that amount will bring me down to $177 and make getting this scooter a real possibility. If someone knows of a less expensive 4 wheel scooter one that includes free shipping and warranty please let me know.

The Biologically Appropriate Raw Food, or Bones and Raw Food diet is a diet based on what what animals are intended by nature to eat. To provide a safe raw food diet for special needs cats a meat grinder is really a must have.

I find so many great deals on chicken and vegetables that I could save a ton if I had a grinder to make my own raw food. Right now I buy a dehydrated raw food mixture from Honest Kitchen at at $48 for a 4 pound bag and I mix this with raw meat for my cats. In the end it all costs about $100 a month. If I were to buy the raw foods and grind them up myself I could cut that cost in half and feed them fresher food and of more varitey.

They have these grinders on Ebay all the time and sometimes there are some really great deals. I would love to get one!

My little caroline tried out a Harley and she really liked it. She is so tiny though and not quite ready to ride.

We feed her an all natural diet to help build her muscles. She eats raw meat and veggies and is growing by the day. She runs around with the big cats trying so hard to strenghten her limbs so that one day her dream of being a biker kitty will come true.

We have everything else she needs to reach her goal. We can offer her love, fresh water, plenty of fresh air, and a big yard to run play and grow. We need one more thing. I now have a scooter and I have been outside of my home enjoying the freedom I had thought was lost. We were careful to look for a scooter that would fit in the trunk of our chevy lumina. It does fit perfectly, but nothing else can go in the trunk with it! We never had to worry about this before so I don't think we planned this out very well. We have to carry a wheel chair and scooter and a rollator in our car as well as 4 occupants. There is no room in our car for this. We now need to have a trailer hitch installed on our car and find an inexpensive small trailer to move the mobility equipment so that the back seat will be open for the kids and the trunk open for the spare tire and stuff we buy in stores.

Members of GON teamed up to get my family the cooking appliances that were needed. I wanted to simply say thank you. I didn't know anyone would...or was planning to do something like that but I logged on and there were threads for a chip in, threads for auctions and PM's with well wishes and prayers. All my wishes have been granted...except one

Used or New anything will do as long as it had an ethernet hook up. His game system broke down a while ago and now that his brother has moved out he is alone with no friends and nobody to communicate with except for his moms. It would be nice for him to have something to do that is fun.
