Reunite with Father (18 yrs) & meet my sister for 1st time
My father came to America from Cuba in the 70's or 80's I was born May 2, 1984 he went to prison when I was about 5 or 6 yrs old by the time I turned 7 my mom had passed away... She and I would visit him in prison alot! I lost touch with him for a very long time but in 2002 I regained information on what prison he was in and his address.. In december of 2003 I discovered he was released to the us immigration holdings where he would go before a cuban board to determine if he would stay in America or be deported... I was told to write a letter and send it to the board.. I wrote the letter but before I could mail it off explaining that I am his daughter ( US BORN) I was told that he was no longer in their custody... I just need some closure I'm not sure if he's still in america or in cuba I'm not sure if he's dead or alive.. I'm so scared because I heard that when you sneak out of the country and are deported back you are killed because you desserted your country I have not seen my father in 18 years... and what hurts so bad is that I look exactly like him everytime I look in the mirror it's like i'm looking at him but in reality I'm so far away from him...His nickname is Isy I believe his real name is Isidoro Vega Moreno or Isidro Moreno Vega... I was sent a letter from his sister in cuba in 2004 but it was in spanish and I could not understand what the letter was saying on the letter was even some phone numbers One number had hermana next to it meaning sister I have a sister that looks exactly like me as well over in cuba that I have never met in this letter was her number.. but hurricane katrina came to my hometown of new orleans and the letter was destroyed by flood waters along with everything else we owned. When I had the letter I did a couple searches online and found out how to call cuba I called the number but I guess I did something wrong or had the wrong type of calling card. I am not able to help financially help the members of the robinhoodfund but I love helping people. I have already helped a few people on the roobinhoodfund and you may have noticed my supportive comments or advice or helpful links I have posted to help someone get a bit closer to recieving whatever there wish was asking for! Well I would like to buy a few books by Matthew Lesko that has lots of information and sources that are willing to just give away money to people in need maybe to pay a bill or start a business etc. Also I notice there's has been alot of musicians making wishes for instruments or help with careers. I would purchase a entertainment book that can help me and them as well... This way they don't have to buy the books I will have them and if I'm reading a wish I can find help for that wish in each book and post it or email it to them so it can help!!! There's even information in this book on free airfare, free or discount computers, free childcare and more! I just never had the extra money to buy the book..When I do get money it has to go towards food or something for my kids.. We never really have extra money once we pay the bills and buy food etc. Because I work from home as a graphic designer but don't really get many clients! and my husband and myself both are having a hard time finding a steady job at the moment so at least we can help others somehow! A Vintage Game System
Here's one for all of you old school gamers like myself! I have played playstation 2 & 3, xbox 360 & other cool new game ew game systems .. there fun ... but I must say It's just something about the old Nintendo Classic Nes & the Super nintendo that I just can't get enough of.... I was searching ebay and found a twin game system that plays both Classic nintendo and Super Nintendo games as well and it's only about $55 to $60 with tax. I have tried playing the old games online but I have a mac & not a pc and my system doesn't work with it so i'm unable to play! Please vote for me and help me experience the ultimate old school gaming experience again!!! I want to buy the system and about 10 games.. I want Super Mario 1, 2 & 3,and Dr Mario for the classic and for the super nintendo I want Zelda, Mortal Combat II, Super Mario World, Super Bomberman, super bowling & NBA live 95. I'm only asking for $185 for the twin system and some games.. I didn't want to ask for much so that if in fact I was to win, then someone else would have a chance to win the rest of the money!! Some of the games are as cheap as $10 but some are $20 that's why I asked for $185!!!! |

Nintendo Game System! 2nd try!! (Price lowered)
This is my second attempt for this wish! Please oh please grant my wish this time I always loved classic game systems and I would like to enjoy them yet again! I would like to buy an Fc Twin Game System which plays both Original Nintendo & Super Nintendo games & just a few games! I asked for $185 before so that I can buy alot of game but I'm only asking for $55 which is the cost of the system itself.... I'll come up with the tax somehow & try to buy some games whenever I get extra money! If I have the system and just one or two games for now I'll be as happy as a kid in a candy store!! |

I have nowhere else to turn! PLEASE HELP!
I know it's alot of money and maybe long shot but I have to try something because I'm so tired of crying & being stressed sed out because of this! WE have been without a car since Feb. of 2006 WE lost our original car in Hurricane Katrina and was not repairable. My mother in law gave her flooded car away to us to try and fix because it was caught in hurricane katrina as well but not as bad as our car. A friend of ours started fixing the car for free but never returned to finish.The car needed headlights so we checked the junkyards and could not find any headlights along with other much needed repairs the car has a cracked front window, it will run for about a half block the cut off ... We have a three year old son, a two year old daughter & a 4 month old son! I work from home and do the very best I can.. but it's so very hard for me! I work from home as a freelance graphic designer & make just enough money to get us by paying the bills, buying food, diapers, formula and essential needs each month. Our public transportation here in New Orleans run every hour so it's very hard to stand at the bus stop with three kids for an hour or sometimes longer.. we have no stroller for the kids and the baby carrier that I have is falling apart! What's so sad is that our so called family members live right next door and down the street from us , they have cars and money are are able to help but don't. I would like to buy a good used car for $500 & a trplett stroller for $300 so that when we need to go somewhere not to far from home we can save gas money and carry the kids in the stroller. I was in a car accident and It has now led to severe back problems so I am unable to carry them. My 4 month old is 20 lbs.. My 2 year old is 38lbs and my 3 year old is 41lbs. I'm asking you .. I'm begging you to please help make life just a little easier! Thank you again for your time! |

This game is so awesome.. I have played it only once on my nephew in law's system! It was a great experience. I would really like to own one for myself! I hear it's also good for exercise which I need alot of! LOL!!! What I also love about this system is that the games are so realistic! |

Hurricane Katrina Victim trying to make life better!
I wrote a poem about what my family & I went through while being stuck on the second floor waiting to be rescued during hurricane ane katrina. Once we were rescued from the second floor we were brought to the nearest dry land... WE were told to go to the New Orleans Convention Center so we walked with our kids ages 1 & 2 in a shopping cart in flood water, over bridges for 40 miles to the convention center. We stayed in the convention Center for 4 days hungry, with no food, no water, very little sleep & had to run from gunshots. Please enjoy the poem! I need a pack of blank cd's, a cd duplicator, silkscreen machine. I plan to make shirts, sell & give away the poem on cd which is why I need the duplicator and blank cd's. Then after losing everything we owned you can imagine that we are in need of so much, so this is a way for us to make money and get back things that we lost, things that we've always wished for and thing that we really need! baby formula
My son Marques is 5 months old...he's 21lbs. His current formula is carnation goodstart it's $25 for the biggest can. He goes through 4 8oz bottles a day. I would love to be prepared and buy two large cans which will last him about a month or so. That's his picture .. he was eating ice cream LOL!!! I'm curently trying to sell my kids old toys that they don't play with anymore. So if I make a sale on any of them i'll come and minus the amount that I made from the toys from my wish amount. birthday presents for my gifted son! 3yrs old 1st grade
My son will be turning 4yrs old on May 22, 2007.. He makes me so proud. His name is Will and he is on the first grade education level. He can add, subtract, spell and read and he's just learning how to count money and tell time, he also speaks basic Spanish and knows a little Chinese, he can also write his name, surf the net, send faxes, scan files and he even has his own email address. I recently brought him a Gamecube but I could not afford to buy more than one game I would like to buy him about 8 to 10 games. He also loves bowling a lot so I would like to buy him a real bowling kids bowling alley it's called Bowlercade it's $50. It resets the pins and can be played indoors or outdoors. The last present is for a Playhut Megaland with tunnel and a ball pit. He won't be able to have a party because our family is scattered due to hurricane Katrina but at least he can have great gifts and a bowling cake! |

To reward my wonderful gifted Kids!!!

Both of my kids do chores everyday... they know how to set the table, wash dishes, wash and dress themselves, sweep, mop, and put on their 6 month old brother's diapers... I've been trying to get these toys for them for a while but never could afford the extra money! |

A Good Used Car for my kids appointments!
I have 3 kids ages 6 months, 2 and 3 years old .... I work so hard to do the best I can and give them the best. I only make enough money each month to pay the rent & bills and sometimes that even hard to do. We just moved to Georgia and are far from eating establishments, stores and doctors. Having a car would really help us alot and change our lives for the better. We have no family here in Georgia. We plan to go to a police auction and buy a good car. thanks for reading! |

Scammed out of $625 Almost Homeless (Donations Plz)
I have 3 kids ages 2yrs, 4yrs and 8 months... I am a freelance graphic designer I had clients that was suppose to pay me at total of $625 combined....$550 was for a marketingcompany that was holding abusiness expo .. Iworked 22 hours doing convention badges, logos, flyers, ads andmore....they called and said they was sending payment but payment never came. I did some research on the company there phone is disconnected now andthere business is not operating anymore.. I was also scammedout of $75 from designing a flyer for s omeone that never paid this was almost a month ago.. Ihave not been on robinhoodfund for this reason because my cell phones were cut off and my internet andmy rent was due. My rent is$800 a month I only work 16 hours a week. These clients that I was working with knew my situation and I don't see why they would scam a struggling mother and almost have 3 very small kids homeless. We have no family here due to Hurricane Katrina my family is scattered.. Please find it in your hearts to donate if you can or you vote will help as well |

$ For My Singing Career!
Hi Everyone! My name is Ieshia as many of you may already know I am a singer... After losing all of my music and more in Hurricane Katrina I am still standing and making my come back better than ever! I just auditioned for a show called dig it or dis it which is very similar to American Idol, Anyway, I made it through the first round and the show will air Sept 21, 2007 on the CW Network. Since this show is being televised i'm more than certain that if I don't make it all the way through the competition, I'm so talented that someone will pick me up for their label or a major artist would like to work with me. With that being said I have music for my songs again but I would like to record them and make a demo to shop to record labels while in the meantime place the song on my myspace pageto gain exsposure I have recording software on my computer but what I need to go along with it I can't afford right now! I need a usb Condenser Microphone it's $130 .... that's with the tax included! I've set aside the $30 now I need the $100.. Please help make my dream a reality! thanks! |
