We all know her. We all miss her. She has had her hands totally full with her husband being sick and other family issues. This lady has been a shining star here, touched the lives of so many, always helpful and uplifting. She was voted by the members as the most wonderful member, remember? WE ALL KNOW SHE NEEDS A BREAK. Cannot loose a kid in the dark CAN WE?
Louisiana weather. Lights go out lots of times. The latest round, we discovered we had no flashlights, no lighting alternative at all. These are on sale and would remedy the situation~ |

They rarely ask for anything...........
Used to, we would have a garden and they would slide down the row valleys in the mud to have summer fun. No garden this year. They keep asking for this item and I finally see what it is. Banzai Skimboard Surfer. Almost like a slip n slide but better? |

[ link ] is a thread here on GoN that members have shared links to many different help sites, information sites, etc. Come to the forums and introduce yourself. :). Someone might just need something that they otherwise would not know how to find. Thus the reason I made the wish, to share the forum thread containg the information. |

A TIRE or GROCERIES for Becky aka RAYHAWK Recoup Help
If the wish wins, funds will go directly to Becky aka Rayhawk, from GoN. Amy and Becky live a very hard life but rarely will you hear them complaining or even discussing it much at all. If you think your life is hard, I can guarantee that their lives are a notch below that. Remarkable strength, endurance, support, encouragement, you name it. They refuse to let life get them down. When it does, we rally behind them encouraging them NOT to give up. Many by now know that they refuge unwanted, injured, not placable pets. Tend to their needs, allowing them to live out the remaining of their life in peace and happiness, naturally. Their car is not in great shape. They are tickled to keep it going and grateful to own a car. At times like this, there is no other solution other than to go ahead and buy tires. One can push the limits, repair, grab a used and recycle, but there comes a time when that places lives in danger and causes worry and more stress. THEY NEED TWO DECENT TIRES. I am placing this wish as I know of this need. Stranded on the side of the road in a broken down vehicle filled with pets that have been tended to at the vet......IN A STORM! Can you imagine? Lets try and get these ladies 2 decent tires and end that part of the struggle for them. :). |
