We have created Defend The Children, Inc website is defendthechildren.org.
It is about the children, abused children. 2,000 children are killed by child abuse in the USA every year, many more seriously disabled and or molested. We are non profit and use our funds to develope and pay for the websites etc. We take no money but use what we have of our own. The cost for the smallest non profit org is $300.00 for the IRS.
Many non profits actually do make money but we do not and will not. Every cent we get we go into defending the children and their protective parents.
By becoming a 503(c)(3) organization, any donations to the group are tax deductible to the giver and the organization can apply for federal and state grants.
