Here it is, no bones about it....with the move and a recent stay down at Abbott Northwestern...we are PINCHED for getting our kids ANY Christmas present. They're 18 & 16..I'd LOVE to be able to just get them each a gift card for &50 and let THEM get what they want! Bugger it! who knew that shopping for teens would be so hard-and this year? impossible! A dress for my daughters h.s. graduation
Well, I've had many many wishes granted thru friends here when my screen name was still PINKTINK212, but never one thru the site itself. Here's hoping the umpteenth time's the charm, ay? I've lost over 100 pounds and my daughters high school grad is June 7. Now, because of the weight loss and recent evetns involving one mean mother of a troll stealing booboo $$ from us involving a car...I have no funds for dress!!!! PLEASE pretty PLEASE from your resident kind fairy, with the pixie dust wings (and Im sorry about the name change....thank my dummy brain for fergettin my OWN email addy!), HELP me get a new pretty dress for my daughters graduation! Candles and Body lotion and bubble bath!!
June 7 my daughter graduates, and I want some candles, bubble bath, and Japanese Cherry Blossom body lotion for the night Ashe graduates!! I'm-a going to need it to un~lax! I'll take Misters Blunt, Otto, and Bentley (as in James, James, and Dierks) in there, light my fire with the candles and just SOAK and dream...HELP me do that PWEASE!! It killed my brother on 5-21-2008 at 1:44 p.m. Take a curve too fast, not pay attention, not making sure EVERYTHING on the bike works, not paying attention to anything but the wind in your hair? Well, you could wind up like my brother, Matt Prigge, age 25 yrs. 1 month and 16 days forever now. DEAD!!! Please please please, don't put your families thru un-necessary grief if you can help it. Wear a helmet, slow down and go the speed limit, take classes, whatever you need to do to learn a motorcycle safely, PLEASE! |

Candles and a pretty SMALL tablecloth
Okay Im being INCREDIBLY selfish right now with these wishes running about my brother and then this.....but you know what? after all the stress, I literally feel like I'm going to fall to pieces. I have a small round designer table that I'm putting together. I plan to put candles on it and shut off the lights and RELAX as soon as I can get the candles and pretty pink tablecloth or sarong that will fit it. I desparately need to relax and baby myself at night right now. Please help!! |

Like a LOT of you know, my baby brother was killed a week before my 38th birthday-on May 21, 2008. He was such a positive influence to so many people and he such a great kid-flaws and all. comfy summer jammies, a good book, and fresh fruit!!
Weel, everyone here already knows that on May 21 of this year, I lost my precious baby brother. I'm trying like MAD to find a job, but was told yesterday that I have to have a painful, invasive procedure pinning my SI joint in my right hip. Thus, I am putting the job search on hold and am merely wishing for the things that will make my long, HOT recovery somewhat more tolerable; comfy 3x women's jammies that are on the cutsie side, some good books, and a gift card to Cub Foods for fresh fruit to nosh on. |

VERY VERY BIG roomy jammies and a big pillow!!
Okay, here goes....I'm scheduled to have my right SI joint fused on August 27. For those of you who don't know what an SI joint is, it's kinda like a big "C" clamp in your pelvis and is a weight bearing joint. Mine is SEVERELY separated, and deformed~which is causing me loads of pain on top of pain that I already have!! SOO....it would so great to have a set of cool (literally! it's pretty humid here!!), cute jammies that I can wear in the hospital AND to the rehab-and a very very comfy pillow to sleep on as I'm going to spend a LOT of time on my left side....so c'mon people~help me be comfy during a PAINFUL surgery!! WAH!!! |

a greedy wish thats blatantly not naughty but GREEDY!
Okay, heres the deal....I'm having a ROTTEN year, just flat out BAD. I think that as a result of this, I should at least get the right to pick out a cheesy movie, some sody pop~and the biggest damn bar of chocolate I can find! It's the only thing that maketh me happy right now, especially since hubby is being nothing but a walking talking male ORGAN! Soooo, ladies, who's with me? anyone wanna help me get that movie sody pop and most inportantly, the giant chocolate bar? Please? |

beading supplies
This is my 3rd "greedy" wish this round-although it wobbles on the border of "needy". f "needy". I DESPERATELY need to get my business going again-and I need a "green dot" pre-paid credit/debit card to do it with. I also need semi-precious stones, sterling silver ingots, a small pan to melt it in, ring molds, that kind of stuff so that I can re-start my business and help out my husband. I CAN'T do physical labor anymore and it's just killing me watching him work so hard-and us not being able to keep up without me working. |

a 100.00 Cub or Aldi's gift card
This is my 4th wish I'm making-and the first truly needy one. Now, the others are all greedy and all wants because one way or another, I can get them over time or just flat do without. They aren't needs at all. This IS. Hubby, kiddos, and I live paycheck to paycheck-and most of the time not even that. His check is enough to cover gas, rent, and car payment-all of which we need to get going, and HOPEFULLY have a shot of doing better. As for groceries? NOPE! Most of the time we do without. It's a GREAT diet enhancer, that I'll admit. It's only because the kids and I are on Medicaid that we can afford our medications at all. SOOOO......I hate to do this, but if anyone can help us out with either an Aldi's or Cub Foods gift card so we could actually HAVE groceries-I'd forever be grateful! Thanks! |

An ID bracelet as a simple memorial to my brother
On 5/21/2008, my 25 y/o bro was killed in a motorcycle accident. All I wish for is a men's size NICE id bracelet that I can engrave with his name, b/d, and d.o.d. The other side will say "Always loved. I need something to remember him by-to feel he's near. I'm getting so depressed it's stupid. This is NOT a "need" but a WANT...of the heart and purest love. Strength, healing and prayers!
On July 4th, findingmyfriends had a close person to her involved in a horrible drunk driving accident that killed her friends 5 year old, and seriously injured the 3 y/o. The drunk is out on a measly 12, 600 bond. PLEASE pray that people in Denham Springs LA, or wherever this took place at set up such an outcry that this bum will go back to where he temporarily belongs until he gets to where he REALLY belongs-UNDER the jail. |

okay guys, here's the skinny! This is my 4th try overall to get a really nice men's id bracelet to remember my brother by. He was only 25 when he was killed, and I miss him so much it's tearing me to shreds. I also had surgery recently, and the depression is making the healing process go lots slower. Matt, was an INCREDIBLE young man who cared and loved a lot of people~and was loved in return by lots of people. Please, please help me get this bracelet to remember him by~and always keep an incredible young man close... |

A guitar
My brother and I shared a dream of music and poetry. Now, I'm good at writing and am learning how to play th guitar on a friends when I see her. HOWEVER, there's one at Target here for 79.99 that's a decent acoustic with gig bag, dvd instruction, extra strings, and picks (GOD BLESS TARGET!!). I don't expect to EVER be on GAC-I WISH!- BUT, I'd love to have the guitar to just bang around with and make some noise. Hell, maybe I'll even write a song about noise-or GoN. Wait, didnt Brad Paisley already do that? (Online? lol) J/K! anyway, here goes stab number 1 at getting this...now I warn you< I'll be as persistent as necessary to get this done! THANKS GUYS! I dont actually need $$ for this one...I just NEED it. My landlord is selling our building and as a result is evciting ALL the tenants-which is us and the psycho upstairs. Now, this "wonderful" woman stole nearly 1200 bucks from us, and now she's gonna be GONE? Please guys, just keep it in your prayers that we can work out the dispute with our landlord (his accounting is wrong and he refuses to repair ANYTHING) and just find a nice, quiet neighborhood that me, our son, and hubby can live in peace in! |

Okay, I admit it. I'm a woman, albeit an incapacitated one right now, but still a woman. Fortunately for me, I'm fairly artsy and can do my own mani's and pedi's. What I'd LOVE tho, after ALLLL the stress that we've been through, is to get some nice lotions from Bath and Body works, new nail polish, nice candles, and basically just give MYSELF a spa day at home. My hubby gives FANTASTIC back/feet rubs (thats how we wound up with 2 kids!) and could restrain himself enough to JUST make it a back rub! PLEEEAAAASSE (whiny note) let me have a spa day at home? OK, I admit it: I'm a closet (well, not so closet) dance lover-and the Latin dances are my favorite because of the HEAT they tend to generate! >:D My wish? Is to finish recovering from my surgery, finish losing this last 45 pounds, and to dance for my husband-my dark complexion lover! I LOVE the look in his eyes when he knows and I know that other guys are looking, but that I'm ALLLL his! We've been together for 19 years, and I love him even more now than ever before! |

I live thrive, beat, & boogie to MUSIC!! It's an integral part of my life~always will be! However, I NEVER get to listen ten to what I want to at home besides the t.v. and my kids stereos...WHY?? WHY am I tortured by THEIR music and I can't listen to MINE? Because I don't have a stereo of my own. Oh, I have a cd player, which I wear out pretty quickly (one every 12~18 months) but I don't have a stereo which I can turn the boob tube off and boogie down too!! |

And I only have enough for 7 people!! Hell, if my family comes over, we have to get paper plates-or wash the ones we've got and pass them around!! When company comes, we eat in shifts!! |
