Ok, since I am fairly new here I thought I'd elaborate since many of you don't know me from Adam.
I am not trying to use my beautiful girl to get my wish. This wish is as much for her as for myself, if not more. You see, our bed creeks and her bed is right next to ours. So every time one of us moves, she wakes up and whimpers. I have even slept on the couch so that she would get a good night's sleep!
I was RTO a really nice bed but I let it go back in order to buy her a mattress, play yard, etc. We slept on an air mattress until it got a hole in it and then we took one my great uncle had in his garage. (more)

I want to see a BIG smile on my baby girl's face!
I currently have an exersaucer I got on freecycle and one hubby got at Goodwill but on both the toys all need to be replaced because they are either broken or have gunk in them. (Gross!)
By the time I purchase all new toys for either, plus shipping I could get a new jumper!
She would really rather have the jumper anyway, we tried them out at Toys-R-Us and she liked this one best! She squealed with joy!

Could be needy since I don't have the money to buy it, but could also be greedy since I have something I just have to fix up. (more)

We are currently sleeping on a broken down old mattress that was in my great uncle's garage then my aunt's garage and who knows where in between! It is kind of like sleeping on a creeky bed of bricks!
Every time hubby or I roll over trying to get comfortable enough to sleep, the bed creeks and wakes the baby. Ugh!
Our finances are really stretched right now so we cannot afford to pay attention let alone a luxury like this!
The mattress I have picked out is $183.00 and so fa I have $100! (more)

Baby girl is getting big so fast! Her toes are peeking over the edge of her car seat so soon she will need a new one! If we get one soon, she will donate her current seat to her cousin to be born in 2 months!
I have listed this as greedy since she still has a seat that she can use for a few months. Mom is just paranoid about her growing out of it with finances so tight! (more)

a new lawnmower...

We are going to have to replace our decrepit lawn mower. I would love to choose a 'greener' option and not have to worry about things being flung out of the mower if the baby is outside. I also wouldn't have to reinjure my shoulder trying to start the darned thing.

a magical telephone line

I can't afford to keep up with our phone bill and I have to have a way to keep in touch with disability caseworkers or I will lose what little income I bring in.
I was recently told about magicjack.com where after the initial setup our phone bill will only be $20/YEAR!!!! We just can't afford the setup right now with all of the utilities on disconnect. (more)
