A NEW KITCHEN........

ok my friends, this is only my 2nd wish!!! I have helped many of you with your wishes and now I could use your help.

I really need my kitchen back!!! to the left is a current picture of my kitchen (in it's present state). it has been this way for over a year!!! as you can see, I have no counter space and no cabinets. what you see in the photo is all I have.....I really need both!!!

the way it is right now, I can't cook very big meals...company for dinner is out! lol. we eat 1 to 3 dishes per meal. I do not have the space to prepare any more than that per meal.

all my pots and pans are in boxes in our den (aka....junk room)!!! my dishes...same place! this makes things very difficult for me to cook! I really need a kitchen again!!!
I am asking for $500.00 to get the materials needed to build the counter and lower cabinets on my 'sink' side. that is where I need the most counter space and cabinets. my hubby can do the work, we just need the money to buy the materials to do them with.

we have had a long drawn out period with very little income coming into the household. my hubby's work has been up and down for a long time, and about the time we think we're going to get caught up, he gets laid off again. so we never get there and then we get even further behind.....it's a never-ending cycle for us!!!

FLOORING FOR MY KITCHEN!!! REVISED; 2nd try

ok my friends, I have helped many of you with your wishes and now I could use your help.

I really need my kitchen back!!! to the left is a current picture of my kitchen (in it's present state). it has been this way for over a year!!! as you can see, the floor is in really bad shape. last time i asked for money for kitchen counters/lower cabinets...this time i am asking for the means to redo the kitchen floor. this needs to be done before the counters/cabinets are installed.

we need to rent an electric grinder to get the glue off that whoever laid in the first flooring in this old house (70 yrs. ago) used. that is $40.00 a day. then we need plywood to lay down, and the vinal tiles to lay on top of that. $500.00 will get pretty much all of the flooring materials. my hubby and I can do the work, we just need the funds to get the stuff to do it with!!!

TODDLER SWING SET FOR OUR SPECIAL NEEDS LITTLE PRINCESS

I would like so much to be able to get a toddler swing set for our precious little grand-daughter for Christmas. She is a 'special needs' toddler and she needs this to help with her coordination and motor skills. the set in the picture is the best one that I could find, and I found it at Walmart....

She was born with 'abnormalities' and has been through pure hell and torture since the minute she was born. She will be 2 yrs. Old in a few days and is still undergoing treatment for her 'abnormalities' (there is a medical term for what she has but I can not pronounce it let along spell it!!!, lolol). She has huge cyst inside and outside her body. These cyst are made up of 1,000's of micro-scopic cysts. She was in the hospital for 4 months after she was born hooked up to all kinds of equipment and monitors; trach, breathing tube, feeding tube, ect....

She is doing much better now, but she still has a long way to go. I just want to get this swing set for her in hopes it will help her with her motor, and coordination skills.

My little grand-daughter will be celebrating her 2nd birthday in a few days. Her mommy and daddy want to transition her nursery from a baby nursery to a big little girls room.

They already have all the furniture for it. When they bought the crib, they bought one that could go through her growing stages all the way up till she is around 12 yrs. Old. The rest of the furniture was her mommy's when she was a little girl, and grew up with it.

I would love to be able to contribute to this transition by giving her her bedding. From her birth, the theme for her nursery has been Hello Kitty. She does not have the Hello Kitty bedding. The price listed is for the comforter set, and the sheet set. Since she is a 'special needs' little girl, she will have to have the rails for quite a while, so I had to find something for a crib, which will fit because it is also a twin sized mattress.

I am wishing this time for some new sheets for our beds!!!! Lolol it has been years since I had any new sheets for the beds. We have 2 queen sized beds and 2 sets of 'thread-bare' sheets....1 for each bed!!!!

When I change the sheets on the beds I switch beds with the other set of sheets!!! Lol that way my hubby can tell that the sheets have been changed, lololol.

We need to rent a heavy-duty floor grinder to remove 80 year old glue from our kitchen floor!! The people that put down the original flooring used some kind of thick tar-like glue, and when my hubby ripped the old layers of flooring up (about 10 layers), and got to the bear wood, it has all this glue stuff all over it. Now we have to get all that old glue up before we can start laying our new floor in. To do this we are going to have to rent a floor grinder. This cost $40.00 a day.....

I am wishing this time for some new sheets for our beds!!!! Lolol it has been years since I had any new sheets for the beds. We have 2 queen sized beds and 2 sets of 'thread-bare' sheets....1 for each bed!!!!

When I change the sheets on the beds I switch beds with the other set of sheets!!! Lol that way my hubby can tell that the sheets have been changed, lololol.

I am asking for at least 3 sets of new sheets in case we have company overnight they can have some fresh new sheets to sleep on. I am so embarressed for anyone to spend the night with us because the sheets we have now should have been thrown in the 'rag bin' a long time ago!!!

I NEED 2 BED-IN-A-BAGS!!!!! lolol

I really need 2 bed~in~a~bags!!!!!! This is where wishing for new sheets comes in....the 2 sets that I now have goes to 'wore out', 'thread-bare' bed~in~a~bag sets!!!!! They are all wore out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And so thin and faded they look awful! I sure would love to be able to have a couple of new ones that don't look so depressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus, we sure could use the extra covers this coming winter!! Right now, we have 3 blankets and 2 wore out comforters (that came with the 2 bed~in~a~bags)!!!! We don't have a whole lot of heat either. We don't have central heat/air; we have 1 window unit in the front part of the house that heats/cools, and a wood-burning fireplace...also in the front of the house!!! The bedrooms are in the back of the house and very little heat gets back there!!! We do have 1 electric blanket, but my hubby won't let me use it!!!! He's afraid it will catch fire in the middle of the night.

TODDLER SWING SET FOR OUR SPECIAL NEEDS LITTLE PRINCESS

I would like so much to be able to get a toddler swing set for our precious little grand-daughter for Christmas. She is a 'special needs' toddler and she needs this to help with her coordination and motor skills. The set in the picture is the best one that I could find, and I found it at Walmart....

She was born with 'abnormalities' and has been through pure hell and torture since the minute she was born. She will be 2 yrs. Old in a few days and is still undergoing treatment for her 'abnormalities' (there is a medical term for what she has but I can not pronounce it let along spell it!!!, lolol). She has huge cyst inside and outside her body. These cyst are made up of 1,000's of micro-scopic cysts. She was in the hospital for 4 months after she was born hooked up to all kinds of equipment and monitors; trach, breathing tube, feeding tube, ect....

She is doing much better now, but she still has a long way to go. I just want to get this swing set for her in hopes it will help her with her motor, and coordination skills.

My little grand-daughter will be celebrating her 2nd birthday in a few days. Her mommy and daddy want to transition her nursery from a baby nursery to a big little girls room.

They already have all the furniture for it. When they bought the crib, they bought one that could go through her growing stages all the way up till she is around 12 yrs. Old. The rest of the furniture was her mommy's when she was a little girl, and grew up with it.

I would love to be able to contribute to this transition by giving her her bedding. From her birth, the theme for her nursery has been Hello Kitty. She does not have the Hello Kitty bedding. The price listed is for the comforter set, and the sheet set. Since she is a 'special needs' little girl, she will have to have the rails for quite a while, so I had to find something for a crib, which will fit because it is also a twin sized mattress.

We really, really, really need a new printer/scanner/copier for my computer. We had one but it bit the dust about 3 years ago. Since then we have not had anyway of printing anything, nor copying anything, nor scanning anything!!! We have a lot of important documents stored on the computer that we really need to print out and get them off the computer.

I really do not consider this to be a frivolous wish, it is a very needed wish!!! We found one at Wally World a few days ago that would be just fine for what we need. It was $100.00 including tax. This would be great for us.....nothing major expensive or fancy....just a 3 in 1 printer/copier/scanner.

WE NEED TO RENT A HEAVY-DUTY GRINDER!! 3rd try...

We need to rent a heavy-duty floor grinder to remove 80 year old glue from our kitchen floor!! The people that put down the original flooring used some kind of thick tar-like glue, and when my hubby ripped the old layers of flooring up (about 10 layers), and got to the bear wood, it has all this glue stuff all over it. Now we have to get all that old glue up before we can start laying our new floor in. To do this we are going to have to rent a floor grinder. This cost $40.00 a day.....

Ok my friends, I have helped many of you with your wishes and now I could use your help.

I really need my kitchen back!!! To the left is a current picture of my kitchen (in it's present state). It has been this way for over a year!!! As you can see, the floor is in really bad shape. The floor needs to be done before the counters/cabinets are installed. This wish is for 10 sheets of pressure-treated plywood.

We have had a long drawn out period with very little income coming into the household. My hubby's work has been up and down for a long time. Just about the time we think we're going to get caught up, he gets laid off again. So we never quite get there....then we get even further behind.....it's a never-ending cycle for us!!!

I am posting this wish in the 'naughty' category, for the simple reason that I would never post a wish in the 'nice' category that might take votes away from the most needful wishes. Even though this wish is very much needed, it's not 'life-threatening' nor 'critical', therefore I thought it best to post it in the 'naughty' category.

We don't have a whole lot of heat either. We don't have central heat/air; we have 1 window unit in the front part of the house that heats/cools, and a wood-burning fireplace...also in the front of the house!!! The bedrooms are in the back of the house and very little heat gets back there!!! We do have 1 electric blanket, but my hubby won't let me use it!!!! He's afraid it will catch fire in the middle of the night.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

I really need 2 bed~in~a~bags!!!!!! This is where wishing for new sheets comes in....the 2 sets that I now have goes to 'wore out', 'thread-bare' bed~in~a~bag sets!!!!! They are all wore out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And so thin and faded they look awful! I sure would love to be able to have a couple of new ones that don't look so depressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can get 2 sets for $100.00 + tax.

Plus, we sure could use the extra covers this coming winter!! Right now, we have 3 blankets and 2 wore out comforters (that came with the 2 bed~in~a~bags)!!!!
