A saddle so I can keep my job
I am not one that normally asks for help, but I found this site just when I need a bit of help. I work on a ranch and my horse fell with me, and broke my saddle. My saddle was an older one to start with so when 1200 pounds fell on it it broke the saddle tree( Frame ) which can not be repaired, and tore some of the leather up. Now I have to have a saddle to be able to do my work. If I cant do my work then I dont have a job. I have a wife and 3 kids and only take home $1275.00 a month so it doesnt leave anything extra after we pay our bills and buy groceries. I hope I can get enough support and votes on this site to win some money and buy either a new or even a used saddle so that I know I can keep my job. The picture I posted is of the type of saddle I am hoping to be able to purchase. The one pictured cost $625.00 plus the shipping to have it shipped to me. I am just a working man trying to keep my job. Thank you in advance to anyone who votes for me. |

A Saddle So I Can Keep My Job ( 2nd Try )
Ok I am going to try this again, but this time I have posted it under naughty because last time several people told me it was not something I needed that I only wanted it. Anyway while working here at the ranch my horse fell with me breaking the tree in my saddle and tearing the leather up, causing it to be unusable. Right now I am using a friends saddle, but I can not keep it much longer as he will be needing it when people start gathering their cattle to work them. To keep my job I have to have one as soon as possible seeing how I use a saddle at least 4 days a week. If I do not get it replaced soon I will not have a job, which means I will not be able to provide for my wife and three kids. I only make$1250.00 a month and by the time I pay bills and buy all the diapers and things for the kids it just does not leave much for anything else. I am not asking for alot, most saddle cost around $2500.00, but I have found a company that is willing to sell me one at a very reasonable rate. They are willing to let me have it for $625.00 plus the shipping cost. I do not care if the saddle is a new one of just a used one that will get me by. Alot of people do not understand why the ranch is not responsible for replacing the saddle, but on any ranch the ranch hand is responsible for furnishing all of his equipment, and the ranch will furnish the horses but the ranch I am on will not even furnish the horses I have to furnish my own.. I normally would not ask for help, as I do not like having to depend on others but this is one time that I do not have a choice.The picture is of the saddle the company is willing to let me have at great price I really need this so I can provide for my family. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I would like to thank everyone that sees fit to help me right now. |

A Swing Set For My Kids.
I am asking for this money to help buy a swing set for my two youngest kids ages 2 and 4. They have a little tikes play area, but is it so unstable that my youngest fell off of the slide and broke his arm.... It really upset them when I had to get rid of it, as it was their favorite outside toy. I know there are alot of wishes on here but this would make two little boys very happy. I have placed this under naughty because, it is not something they have to have, but sure would enjoy.... |

A Day Out For My wife And Sixteen Year Old Daughter
I want my wife and daughter to have a day out, nothing fancy just some time they can spend together without me and our two sons. We live 92 miles from the closest place for them to go and have a little fun and bonding time. Our daughter is actually a foster daughter who has had a very rough time the past few years until she came here. I think it would do her good to be able to bond with someone seeing how she has never had a mother she could count on. She is a great girl and I just want her to have the best life she can have now that she is with us, and show her that she is a true part of this family and loved.... I would love to post a picture of them on here together, but CPS rules do not allow us to put her picture on the internet or anywhere else for that matter without approval. ( at least that is the way I understand the rule ) |

Help Me Help The 100's Of Abused Horses....
I am asking for this money, to donate to a place called Habitat for Horses. This orginazation is ran on donations only. They help 100's of horses every year that have been abused, abandoned or sentenced to death at a slaughter plate. Everyone that work with them are volunteers and do it out of the kindness of their hearts. Just follow this link to learn more about them [ link ] Horses are also available for adoption through this organization to approved homes. This is a great group of people that do a wonderful job, helping horses that have never had a good life. |
