extra money to entertain my daughter on our trip
I would like to take my five year old on a trip this year to visit her aunt and uncle 3 provinces away. My sister has lived there for the past five years and we have never made it over to see her. We are planning on driving over so it will not cost too much, however it would be nice to have extra money to stop and do things. That way the drive will be more entertaining for her. She is only 5 and 3 days in a car there and back will be hard enough on her, it would be really nice to take her around and see the sights on our trip. |

'Maybe the Dingo ate your baby'....who doesn't love Seinfeld. I need Season 8 on Dvd to complete my series collection. Come on....can't have an incomplete series. Need to complete it and don't have the funds to do it. |

Xtra money to entertain a 5 year old on trip-2nd try
My sister moved 5 years ago and we have never made it to see her. I have finally come up with enough money to cover gas.(which is gonna be about 750.00, since gas prices here are close 5 buck a gallon) I have to bring a cooler of food to cover the three days, because we don't have enough to eat out when we are driving. I wish I had the money to stop on the way there ( 3 day drive) and be able to do things with my daughter so the drive doesn't seem too long for her. She is only 5 years old. if you have children you know how hard it can be to entertain a child on a long trip, especially since it will only be her and I. We have 3 days there and 3 days back. Thank you for all thoses you voted for us last time. Much appreciated. |

the reduction of gas prices.
As gas prices increase, my income lowers. I earn my money from driving around and delivering mail, I have a set annual income but when gas prices increase, it means I am paying more money out and gaining less money each month. It is affecting us big time. I live up north where the gas prices are up to 1.20/liter and it costs me about 80.00 to fill up my tank, which only lasts about 3 days. They are predicting the gas to hit 2.00/liter by the end of summer, and if that happens I will be forced to look for new employment. I guess I just don't understand why it keeps increasing. The only miracle I am looking for here...is the decrease of gas prices. |

a place to store my dishes and cut my vegetables.
So Ive lived in this house for the past two years without a workable kitchen. Thats right, I have a sink on one side, fridge and stove and that is all. My dishes are still in boxes on the floor, we use them, wash them then put them back in the boxes. My groceries are the same. Honestly, if I could afford to fix anything in my home it would be my kitchen and that says alot considering I don't even have walls in my bathroom....Life sometimes can be humourous and at first i thought it was, but now i am getting tired of not being able to have a fully workable kitchen. If I could get some cupboards to put my dishes in...i would be soooooo happy. |
