Memorial Bench for my 14 year old dogs grave site.
I think this will seem silly to most of you, but to my family it is VERY important. My dogs name is Drifter, he was 14 years old and passed away on the 26th due to multi organ failure. He was diabetic and it just got the best of him. We have had him for 13 of his 1 years, and he was a very special dog. I had him more then half my life!! He was so sweet, and loved anyone. It broke my heart when he passed. We have burried him in out back yard, but we would really like to get a grave marker, or a really nice memorial bence for him. We figure its the least we can do for him when hes done SOOOOOOOO much for all of us. There is one bench i esp. want. it has the poem "if tears could build a stair way and memories a lane i would walk right up to heaven and bring you home again" along with his picture an a plaqu with his name and dates on it. It is 500 dollars and between my, my 16 year old sister and her bestfriend we cant come up with the balance of 372. This dog touch so many peoples hearts, friends and family from all over came to spend his last days with him! Please help us out and i promise i will put up pictures when its all done!
