6 lounging chairs for the Corvallis Cancer Radiation Center
There are a number of patients who are receiving cancer radiation therapy that have to sit in a waiting room with regular stiff backed chairs. Some of these patients find it very difficult to be comfortable while awaiting their treatments. The addition of well supported lounging chairs for their waiting area would benefit hundreds of people over the course of their treatments. Please help us help those who must go through this treatment. |

A space for my art.
I have a total of 88 sq. feet that is currently used for home/office space and for doing my artwork. I cannot paint on any large canvas due to the small space I have to work in. I really want to have enough area that is designed so I will not be limited in my artistic explorations. I do clay work, acrylics, watercolors, and woodworking. I need to remodel this space so I have enough room to work on my masterpieces. It is so frustrating to have the desire to create, the ability to do so, but lack the space to work unhampered. If my wish is granted, you have contributed to art and beauty in the world. A random act of kindness, a senseless act of beauty for an aspiring artist with the dreams to make it happen. My largest painting so far has been 4ft x 6ft that I had to do in another location for lack of space. I would post a video of making my art but I don't have a video camera (hint - part of $ for remodel could go toward video). |
