Moving Fairies for Mama
My mom (Archambault) is going to be moving soon. There are always expenses that come up above and beyond just the physical moving of "stuff". Extra gas from back and forth, new deposits, cleaning supplies, extra garbage bags, replacing anything lost or broken, etc. |

A Lucky Ladybug Pillow and Blanket For Our Ladybug, Marcy
Our Gon friend Marcy aka Knittinglady is in the hospital right now and will have to remain there for some time due to some sort of stroke. You might not know but Marcy likes Ladybugs. In cultures all over the world Ladybugs are said to bring blessings and luck, especially if they land on you. Right now Marcy could use all the blessings and luck she can get to aid her in her recovery. My wish is for a warm and cheery ladybug fleece lap blanket and a ladybug pillow to bring lots of luck, blessings and cheer to Marcy while she struggles with her recovery. They will also be a constant reminder that her friends here at Greedy or Needy are thinking of her and wish your a speedy recovery. I Wish For Vitamins For Hubby And Me----- 4Th Try
we take centrum silver vitamins. the drug store here has a double pack for $12.00 here. BUT they have their own brand of centrum silver . and they charge (for a double pack) $9.00 for them. i feel this is a better buy and i would like to have 2 packages of them. that way i can stay ahead . why vitamins? well, i have been so tired lately and i figured it was because of not taking my vitamins. so thats why this wish. |

King George Ultra Sensitve Black Condoms
The video below explains the condoms. (Imagoldengirlnow) Janet has given many of us here clothes for our kids or grandkids. She never asks money for the clothes only money for shipping. I know all of this takes a lot of time to sort through the clothing, size them, weigh the packages, give shipping costs, go to the post office to mail the packages. I think it would be nice if she won a wish so she could buy herself some clothes or King George Black Condoms. She has no idea I'm making this wish for her so I hope she finds the condoms part funny. |

I need to recoup money that I foolishly lost
Okay, so as most of you know I ended up getting screwed by Budget Car Rental. To make a long story short, the woman at the rental place told us that the car we reserved would be too small for my mother's wheelchair and our luggage and gave us the option between a Prius and a Thunderbird (NO WAY I was getting a Prius). I was exhausted from a 35hr train ride and just assumed that the car would be in the same price range as the one we reserved. I "signed here, initial here, etc" where she told me to without paying close attention to what I was signing and initialing. She NEVER ONCE mentioned the costs of upgrading or the outrageous 48% tax rate they charge (because they are located at an airport - whatever!). That 9 day car rental ended up costing us $748.37 - $500.00 more than we were expecting to pay. |

A headstart on Baby food for Auroriealise!
I have Ro more often than not and I love it! Well at her Dr.s appt. they decided that since she is 4 months old it's time to feed her baby food! Yay the fun will now start! I would like to begin with a little ahead on some Stage 1 jars. The only kind she can eat is Beech Nut because of her Allergy! Wic will help her Mom at 6 months but that is her Mom's not Mam Mams and Pappy's house! |

We are trying to get ahead this time with the new baby coming , alot of our money is going to food, bills and things for the house as well as saving up so we can get back home for a 4 day weekend in May . We Pcsed to Fort Bliss from Campbell in October 2009 . My oldest lives in TN with her Grandmother(Nanny) because she doesn't want to leave her . So thats what we are saving money to go down there for . Four tickets to TN round trip is going to cost us $1004.00. |

Seeds for my Spring Time Garden!
I'm so sick of the cold & I'm ready for Spring! Every year I do some patio gardening, but this year my daughter is super per excited & wants to help too so we're going to actually plant flowers & plants in the ground! We need all types of seeds--especially flowers--a shovel, and a trowel because mine rusted last year. We're also thinking about getting a bird feeder so 25.00 will cover a lot of outdoor adventure for a three year old! |

My Freedom
Some of you know what is going on with me. I have finely going to leave my husband of 23 year move back to Tn,my husband use to beat me but ever since we move to WV its mostly meanly and verbal abuse ,I think he stop the physical part one because of the job he has here and he didn't want his friend and parents know what he was doing to me, but while we was still in TN he didn't mind telling my friends and family i was unfit mother and not a good house wife. |

Headstone for my baby!
I lost my beautiful baby boy on December 17th at only one month and four days old. We burried him on the 20th, five days before Christmas and still do not have a headstone. Covering funeral expenses were difficult, we still owe for some of it and have no funds for the headstone. He was born with a heart deffect called transposition of the great atteries. It caused him to have to undergo open heart surgery at only four days old. He came out of the surgery fully sedated, on seven machines and his chest left cut open for two days. They closed his chest on that Friday (his surgery was on a Tuesday). He then was slowly taken off of each machine and then off of the vent to be able to breat on his own. All of this occured within the first eleven days of his life. We were then able to bring him home the day before Thanksgiving and felt we had so much to be thankful for...God had provided the doctors the knowledge to save him and our baby boy with the strength to survive!! However, we were only able to celebrate for a mere three weeks before I found him lying lifeless in the bed December the 16th. I performed CPR waiting on the ambulances and he was airlifted back to New Orleans (this is where his heart surgery was performed) and put on full life support. The doctors told us the very next day that he was brain dead and would not live without the machines. We made the decision to not be selfish and leave him lying in such a state as it was very painful to watch after bringing him home and believing he would be ok. We never thought we would be back at that hospital losing our beautiful baby boy. The corener stated that it was indeed congenative heart failure that caused his death. I am trying to find the strength through to go on with my life as I have other children that I am very thankful for and thank God for the three weeks we had with him at home and will cherish the memories forever. Now that you know a little about our experience please help us raise the money to provide him with a headstone. Anything at all will help!! I am not working right now and have no idea when I will be back at work and really want to provide this for my baby as I feel there is nothing else left I as a mother can do for him :( |

Home repair so we can sell
Nick is getting deployed next month and we have to sell our home. Nick will be gone for a minimum of eight months and when he returns; we will be living in Norfolk. We have to get our home ready to sell and could use Home Depo or Lowes gift cards for materials and cash for labor. We have to fix windows, wood rot, shampoo the carpet, and bring a few things up to code. We do not have a choice, we have to sell in this market because when the military gives you orders, you have to go. |

According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Title III "also protects employees by limiting the amount of earnings that may be garnished in any workweek or pay period to the lesser of 25 percent of disposable earnings or the amount by which disposable earnings are greater than 30 times the federal minimum hourly wage prescribed by Section 6(a)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. This limit applies regardless of how many garnishment orders an employer receives."
So, if an employee nets $600 a week, under the 25 percent formula, the maximum garnishment amount is $150 (25 percent of $600). Or, using the minimum wage formula, the maximum garnishment amount is $382.50 (30 times the minimum wage of $7.25 is $217.50, which is then subtracted from the $600 net compensation). Therefore, since the rule says to use the "lesser" amount, the maximum garnishment would be $150.
